I started dating this guy when I was fifteen who was eighteen. He and I were together for a year and two months....partially because I ran away with him for five of them. Well, this last December I had his child and my mom and I won't let him have any part of it. But since he was eighteen, I just want to make sure that in two years when I'm eighteen he can't try to fight for custody. Would he have any rights over my son?
yes... he has all rights to try and get custody of him. he has all the right in the world to try for it now. and if he really wanted the kid, this would be the time he has to do it. because he can say that you are 16, you have a kid to take care of. you have school to finish and that you are unable to raise a child at this point in your life. soo watch out sweets, he can go for it at any time he damn well pleases. but if he waits they are going to question why now all of a sudden he wants this kid, after 3 yrs of his life. ya know what im sayin?
maybe instead of going to court about it, if it eve cmes up that he weants to take custody of him, try workng out an agreement with him instead of going to court. like maybe everyother weekend and a month of the summer... ya know? do that for when he starts getting older. then when he is of teh age of 16, i do believe, he has the choice to decide who he would prefer to live with, his mother or his father.
personally i think it would be best for the kid growing up if he atleast has something do with his dad, ya know? i dont mean u have to be together for your kid, im just saying maybe try and give him a chance to see how is he is with your son. you never know, he may be a completly different person. he is as much his as he is yours.

i have dark eyes also. i like to use blaack eye liner. i put a thin line across my eye lid about my lashes and apply a little on the bottom of my eye just under the lashes. i use earthy or nuetral tones such as browns, bronzes, tans, etc. i find that for my eyes and my skin tone that it really helps bring them out. if your not sure with the answers you ahve received go and talk to a person at a make up counter in a store, they will be able to tell you what shades will look best for your eyes and skin tone.

OK when i first learned about sex back in middle school...i said to myself "im waiting until marriage" right away. some people do regret their first time, some dont. it really all depends on you and the situation. there is no way of knowing that you will wait until marriage. as is there is no way of nowing you wont. what if someone who you really care about unexpectedly came along and you were ready and wanted to give it up to him. you wouldnt know about it because you dont know whats going to happen in life. that is just something you have to wait and see for. there is no right age to have sex, just when you are ready. the emotions vary for people. some have really good ones and others have bad emotions. it also depends on if the person if a very emotional person or not. you will never know about you first time until you have it. you cant plan it either. because it will never work out that way. trust me, it never does. but hope this helps some and if you want to know anything else, drop one in the inbox.

My friend has just decided that he would like to join the army. I think this is crazy because he is really sensitive and I don't think he could handle it. It doesnt really help matters that I really like like him. I don't want him to go, I'm scared something bad will happen to him or that he'll be killed. I really don't think he should go because of the way he is. What should I say to him to stop him going, I really don't think he would be able to survive it.

i had mono over the summer and it is horrible. yes it has symptoms. some of them include:
- being tired all the time
- sore throat
- swollen tonsils
- white patches/spots on your tonsils
- cant eat or drink because you cant swallow anything
- lack of energy
those are pretty much the basics. if you think you have mono, get yourself to a doctor asap. it is very serious and not seeking medical attention can make it worse. trust me. i went right away and they didnt know it was mono so i just got to the point were i was going to be admitted to the hospital. its not fun at all. its suck real bad. but if you need to know anything else, drop ine in my inbox.
