How do I tell my boyfriend I want to wait to have sex until we're in a not so public place?

Just talk to him and tell him that you aren't comfortable to have sex in a public place and that you would rather have sex somewhere where you feel comfortable and knowing that no one will see you. If he's your boyfriend, he should understand this and will wait.

just tell him the truth. just tell him you would be way more comfortable having sex with him in a place where its just you and him and somewhere not so public. let him know you'd prefer to be in your room or maybe his room. (or anywhere you feel is comfortable for you.)

Just tell him you don't feel comfortable having sex in a public place. You rather have sex somewhere where it's just you and him, so it's that much more special. He should understand and respect your thoughts and will wait until your not in a public place.
