ok in my english class I have to write a paper on a assigned topic. My topic is abortions. I need opinions and any information that is good and bad about abortions. Please I need help on this. I have my own opinion but I need more than just what I think.

My opinion is that there's nothing wrong with it as long as the baby hasn't yet started transforming in to a proper human being.
People that had sex and got pregnant for not being responsible and using protection should take the responsibilty of looking after there own kid but if they are planning on having an abortion before they are three months pregnant it shouldn't be considered murder since the baby only starts transforming in to a human being from an egg through the third month.
After three months I think abortion should be considered murder because 3 months is enough for anyone to realise that they can't handle the baby and they need to get rid of it.
However, when someone is raped I'm 80% for abortion seeing as I know if I was raped I wouldn't be able to have the child because it would be a reminder to me every single day that someone forced me to have sex with them. However if it's after three months I still consider it murder (hence the reason why I said I'm 80% for it)
You now have my opinion, that honestly, no one cares about =P

i have to do a oral presentation tomorrow and i am NOT good at this at all. when i start talking i usually forget and i dont know what to say next so i bascially stumble, so i need GOOD tips on how to focus and i do have notecards butt i cant use them alot so PLEASEE help me !!!

Practice infront of a mirror first then infront of family and/or friends if you get nervous in between practicing stop take a deep breath and tell your self you CAN do it.

well i just became a vegatarian 2 weeks ago and all my friend does is joke about it she even made up a song up about eating meat and this pisses me off and gives me stomache aches and makes me want to burst out and she knoes but i still feel like its rude of her and i hate that feeling .. what can i do ?? .. thnx ... Hi, I'm going to a carnival dance and I'm not sure on what to wear. The weather is in the high forties to low fifties, but the place of the dance is EXTREMELY HOT.

Is this a good outfit:

White tank, black miniskirt, and pink tweed heels

OR .. ANY SUGGESTIONS? AND HAIR SUGGESTIONS? I'll rate high for appropriate answers.

I think what you chose is adorable!
You could keep it like that or add an extra splash of pink to it like change the white tank for a pink tank or add some pink accesories.
Also you could put a head band on and curl your hair or if you have curly hair already straighten it.

I hae to close friends that are pregnant. Unfortunantly one was raped and the other one was by her boyfriend. They are both considering abortion. Why is it that people think it is all right for my friend who was raped to get an abotion and the other one isn't. Both are still killing and innocent child...Please help me understand the difference!!

Imagine you were raped in a rough way, just imagine it for a second.
Then you get pregnant, can you imagine having a child that belongs to someone that forced you to have sex with them. That child would be the reminder ALL YOUR LIFE that someone had raped you, forced you, against your will.
It would torture you looking at the kid knowing that his or her father was a rapist.
Then imagine trying to EXPLAIN to the kid what had happend when it was at an older age.
Personally, I don't consider abortion murder either. Incase no one knew what everyone is calling a child is not even an egg yet. It's not even as big as a bean but that's not the point. Just imagine you were raped and see her point of view.
As for the other girl personally, she should've been more responsible when having sex. That's why people look down on her and not on the other girl.

I have a 5 year old male miniature dacshound. His problem is that he pees inside the house on the carpets when we want him to go pee outside. He is potty trained but still goes to the carpets like he does not care. We smack his bottom whenever he does and sometimes spray a dog and cat sour spray in his mouth to basically tell him "no" but nothing seems to get through his head. If I don't get to controlling his actions soon my parents are seriously considering sending him to the pound. What should I do?

You should consider taking him training again.
Also, if when he was younger he never used to this you should take him to the vets, 5 years old is quite old for a dog (i know some live up to the age of 16 and whatever but 5 is still a bit old) When my dog turned 5 she started doing the same thing when normally she would pee outside so we took her to the vets and it turns out she only pee'd inside because she couldn't hold it because she had a bladder infecction.
Take him for a check up at the vets because bladder infecctions are painful for dogs.

Ive know this guy since i was born and were really good friends. We were on vacation with them one year and my brother keept stealing him away from me! I dont like him as a boyfriend but he is like my best friend and my brother is taking him away from me! what should i do?

I'd just like to say I've never understood the term ''She/He is stealing my friend off me'' if these people were true friends they wouldn't let them selfs get 'stolen' but anyway.

I mean if your brother can do it two can play that game, right?
Try and beat your brother to seeing him and calling him, that way you know he more than likely won't have anything planned already with your brother for later on. That way it's free for you to plan something with him.

My best friend is 16 now but she has been getting abused by her dad since she was old enough to walk. I saw him punch her in the face one time and bang her head against a wall. I am really scared for and her sister because I have seen him hit her too. She's asked me not to tell but Im scared that if I keep quiet that one day he might really hurt her. We tryed calling the police on him one time but they wanted to press charges against us and not him. I dont know what I should do and I dont know how I can help her.

You NEED to help your friend.
You should definatly report this guy if you are a real friend you will do this for her even though she doesn't want you too.
If she lives alone with her dad and her sister and no other parent or adult you should tell a family member of hers because if you don't theres a chance she can go to a childrens home if no one else takes her and her sister in. That's only if her dad gets taken to jail and only if you actually report it.

Okay so my best friend is all of a sudden being a total jerk to me. She's saying I'm stupid when I'm an A- average student and she's a C average student. She's saying just because it took me a longer time to move up a level in gymnastics means I'm not as good as her when I'm the one who got her into it and she's only moving up a level because she wants to be better than me. I work my butt off to get the scores to move up but she gets a score 4 points lower than mine and she can move up. I have other friends but I spend more time with her. What should I do?

I think she's very jealous of you.
You could try talking to her telling her to quit calling you stupid and that if she really was your bestfriend she wouldn't call you shit or be as nasty and competetive as she is.
If you don't want to talk to her about it just ignore her and get on with it but don't bother trying to be better than her. She's the jealous one, you're already better than her.
If you were a shitty student that's failed most subjects and she was an A+ student but she was jealous of you you'd already be less-stupid than her for not being jealous of anyone :)

ok i had this 1 friend... but we got in this big fight over a guy and now we arent friends anymore... but she got all these people to hate me even some of my other friends... one of them even brought a knife to school and thretened to kill me... every1 is calling me a slut because i gave her ex head... i didnt even want to he made me do it... and she calls me a slut and the very next day she goes and has sex with her ex... every1 is spreading rumors about me that i have aids and that i give out blowjob... i have been getting nausty phone calls and text messages and i want them to stop... how do i get the rumors to stop? and how do i get some of my friends back?

Okay first tell a parent/teacher/guardian about the knife because if the knife gets bought to school again and things get out of hand someone get hurt or even worse killed (which sounds very dramatic but it has happend - started out as a school fight between girls and finished in someone getting killed)
Next, if this guy really MADE you give him head then you should definatly report him. Don't be scared that he's going to hurt you if he finds out or anything but definatly report him. Only report him if he really did make you if you were willing then don't.
As for the girl, stay away from her. You don't need people like that making up shit about you. Go join some after school activitys like a sport or anything like that and see if you can make some new friends or if you don't want to join anything like that just see if there's anyone around your area willing to get to know you.
Next, the phone calls and texts. Change your number, I know it's a hasle but if you want them to stop you have to change your number at least untill the rumours stop and people see some fucking sense that this girl is bullshitting about you.
and next, the rumours. Ignore them, I know it's what everyone says but there's no use going round trying to change peoples minds, let them get along with it and show them that it really doesn't bother you. Make sure you don't walk round with your head down or don't try to avoid walking past someone who belived the rumours by taking the longer route or anything. Just show them that it really doesn't bother you since you know the shits not true!

Me and my friends, (L), (S), and (E) are planning to perform in a lipsync. The song (S) picked out is highly innapropriate!! We all agree except her. We still haven't told her. We don't want to hurt her so what do we do?? I rate high!!!

Pick a different song that you ALL agree on. It's not fair for three people to pick one song and the other not want to do it, it's really annoying and kinda hurts and makes you feel left out since it's happend to me many'a times. Imagine they did that to you and you didn't like the song.
You should definatly think of one all together.
At least everyone is going to be happy then and about telling her that you's don't like the song she picked tell her nicely and tell her it's nothing personal but you think you should all agree on one song together.

I'm going to a banquet later this week and I got my outfit today, but the thing is, I have no idea what to do for my hair or make-up. Just something simple, but cute Any ideas?

(My hair is about shoulder-length and I'm wearing a white tanktop with a cute yellow sweater over it.)

Natural looking makeup is good.
And if your hair is curly/wavy you could straighten it or if it's the other way round then you could curl it or put it in a bun or something :)

UGH !! i hate my eyes ! i have single eyelids and my eyes are pretty small . i already use eyeliner on my top lid as well as some mascara to "open" up my eyes a bit .. do you know any other ways to make my eyes seem larger ?
oh and does waxing ur legs hurt ? i'm planning on buying the use-at-home waxing kits instead of shaving

Well all small eyes are different you should try putting eyeliner on the bottom lid stand back and see if it makes them look smaller or bigger.
On some people it makes them look smaller and on some bigger.
Use a good mascara that'll separte your eyelashes more, it'll draw more attention to your eyes and make them seem a little bit bigger.
As for the waxing it does hurt the first few times but you eventually get used to it and it's so worth it hehe.

Hey, my family might move from here in Wisconsin to Florida. I want to sooo bad for the weather. But I just can't leave all my friends here. i love em all to death. The country that I live in is debating the Death Penalty. I Do not understand the understanding that the death penalty is ok. You are killing someone still aren't you? I realize that the people scentenced are usually murderers and other things along that line. I just want to know both sides of the story. I looked it up on Google and it is not what i am looking for. I want opinions on BOTH side.

My personal opinion, not that it matters is that I'm for it yet against it if you know what I mean.
I'm for Death Penalty because if the person has murdered someone they deserve to die them selfs but I also think that if they were just put in jail for the rest of there lifes they would probably suffer more having to be in a cell for the rest of there lifes and having what they did torture them mentally.
Personally, I don't care what they do with the person as long as whatever the person did pays for what they did.

My sister at a young age died of luekemia. I dont really uderstand where she got it from. But lately I've been finding random bruises on my boyd and i know my sister had random bruises and ashe was always tired and im always tired. Is there a possiblity that i could have it too?

I've never heard one of the symptons of luekemia being random bruises but you should definatly go and see a doctor about it might be one of the signs since your sister got it luekemia might start being genetic in your family so you should definatly see someone about it.

I was babysitting at a place over an hour away (I was spending the night there too), and I was charging my cell before I left, and I guess I forgot it was on and charging, so I had left it at home when I left (accidentaly) and it was charging until about noon the next day... maybe later, so if I estimated it would have been from 4p.m to maybe 12:30p.m, not quite 24 hours, but about 3 and a half hours less.

2 questions...
Is it bad to leave you cell on when you're charging (my cell will still charge)
And is it bad to keep it charging for so long (even if it was on accident) Thanks!

1) No, I always leave mine on while charging incase someone calls and if it was bad for your cell the company that made it wouldn't of made it so it still charges while it's on =P

2) Not that I know of, I sometimes forget about it for up to a week and leave it on charge all that time and my cell is great and it automaticly stops charging when the battery is full.
