Try practicing what your going to say. That will help you memorize your presentation so you won't really have to look down and it will help you be more comfortable in front of the class since you already know what you're going to say. Also, when you're making your presentation try to focus on a friend or on something in the classroom to put you more at ease and so you won't be so nervous.

Why can't you use notecards alot?
Anyways, it sounds stupid but helped me... lol just picture everyone in their underwear. Yeah, told you it was stupid but hey...
Try to find a spot on the back wall to look at so it looks like you are looking up. Take deep breaths at the beggining and focus on something other then your presentation. Good Luck and i hope i helped! -RiLeY

Practice infront of a mirror first then infront of family and/or friends if you get nervous in between practicing stop take a deep breath and tell your self you CAN do it.

ok heres some tiops on Oral presentations:
1. You can speak in front of your family first and then see how it will feel with a few people.

2. Have friends practice and help you learn your lines.

3.Make Notes on where your going to be if its going to be comfortable and make u secure.

4.Just do your best and you'll do GREAT!

BE CONFIDENT. Say "I AM THE MOST GOREGOUS PERSON IN THE ROOM" and believe it. As long as your confident, it will ALL work. GOOD LUCK ♥

I know how you feel. I would practice tonight. Maybe you can practice in front of the mirror, or your family. It's hard doing oral presentations, just try to memorize it and know it inside and out. I'm sure you'll do just fine =)!

Hope I helped!

HAHAHAHA. You said "Butt". LOLLLZORS!!!>!>!>!!

Any ways. I dont have school tomorrow. Not for a while do i have it. You're unlucky. You'll probably fail to do it. You'll still probably forget. You'll forget what we told you.

That aside. Try thinking about whats cool about some day coming up. Try thinking that the audience doesnt care what you're thinking. How much do you pay attention when somone is up doing their presentation? You probably pay attention but you dont think hard about what they're saying or much care about it. Thats the way they will view yours.

Notso answered Monday March 21 2005, 8:11 pm:
practice infront of the mirror, and make sure you continually make eye contact with yourself in the mirror.

Try not to look at your friends in class, you are more likely to laugh that way. Instead of making eye contact, focus on a spot just above the audience's head, that way it looks like you are looking at them. Also, wear something you really like, or do your hair differently. If you feel more confident, you will be more comfortable.
