I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. I am an outgoing person whom loves to have fun, be with my best friends and family, go shopping and most importantly, helping others.
Helping others has always been my passionate, from a young age I knew that I wanted to help other people and be a great influence in making someone's life turn for the better. You should leave him. Listen, if he loves you, he will respect and understand your decision not to do anything sexual. Don't ever let a guy tell you something like that and give in because it isn't true, you can love someone and not do sexual activity because that isn't what love is all about - it is so much more than that.

That is a good possibility, however, be sure to talk to your mom or a trusted female adult to help you prepare for your period and understand it well.

Most generally, that is a sign you are beginning to start your period. Be sure to talk to your mom or a trusted femaile adult about your period so she can help you prepare for it and understand it more. :)

Hi, 15, female. My best friend is a guy (same age) and he has been my friend since third grade. I am now in tenth. All of my friends says he likes me but I just look at it as he is being friendly, ya know, seven years can do that to a person. Some girls come up to me in the hallway at school and ask if I'm dating him or they'll say "I wish I had a guy look at me the way __ looks at you" I guess I like him too, he's cute and he's always there for me, he's a great person. He struggles with no confidence and low self esteem so he isn't the happiest person around but every time I talk to him he smiles and laughs. We have ninth period together and we were watching a movie today and he has restless leg syndrome so his legs were bouncing all over the place and I was just laughing and he turns around and goes "don't laugh it's just a disease!" then he smiled really big. He also has one of my animal rubber bands, even when he went on for about ten minutes the night before he took it from me how much he hates bracelets, but he took one anyway. He also does this dumb t shirt over top a long sleeve shirt or a t shirt and a sweatshirt, so I told him a few days ago that he needs to wear t shirts, that his long sleeve/sweatshirt thing is lame, so now every ninth period he takes his sweatshirt off and just wears his t shirt. He helps me with my homework whenever I ask him. I'll tell him about my life problems and I'll apologize later for dumping everything on him and he just tells me "Don't apologize to me, I want to listen." Then every few days I bring him in his favorite pack of crackers for his lunch. We text each other pretty much every night and when he leaves, he always says cya *my name* I heard when a guy says your name a lot, he likes you. He pretty much knows everything about me and he tells me things he doesn't even tell his guy best friend. Please tell me if you think he likes me, I know it's not a lot, I'm drawing a blank right now. Thanks! (link)

As you mentioned, over seven years things can be very friendly without meaning anything more, however, it can also mean a love or a very strong like has grown over the years as well. From reading your description, he certainly seems to like you a lot. Maybe you should consider talking to him about it, and asking him if there is anything more between you two than friends. Regardless, you have a great best friend and you both are lucky to have each other -- my assumption is that he does like you as more than a friend, but as I said, regardless, you have a wonderful friend for life it seems. :)

My friend and I are practicing tennis before our season starts for school. We've been playing the same 3 games everyday and we're getting bored with them.
heres the ones we played:
1. fifteen (we play out points and for each missed shot we get -2 and if you rally for 5 hits, then the person with the winning shot gets 1 point.)
2. capture the net (one person at net and other at baseline, when the net person messes up, they switch roles)
3. idk the name of this one but one person can only hit down the line and the other hits cross court
It's just my friend and I, so the games have to involve only 2 people, probably singles games. so what are some other games we can play? (link)

I understand this is an awkward situation, however, it must be dealt with. Explain to your best friend that you are very flattered, however, do not share the same feelings for him as he feels for you. Tell him that you would love to stay friends (best friends), however, nothing more will come of the relationship. If you two are really close, you may consider telling him you have feelings for his best friend, but otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much about that after he realizes you do not feel the same way and will not change your mind.

Listen friend, this guy is not worth your time -- I can tell this just from your question, and I think that says something. You seem to be a lovely girl and probably had a lovely best friend, and your best friend should be more important than this guy. Also, what does this say about the guy you love if he cannot put his feelings aside for you (about your bestfriend)?
I would not even think twice about this guy, you must know that you do not need a man to survive, you need to be independent and love yourself first, then find a good guy who will love you back and understand you have best friends and etc.
Also friend, please do not think of literally killing yourself -- no guy is worth your life. Do things that you enjoy, go back with that best friend of yours and have the time of your life, find the things that make YOU happy -- not find a guy to prove all of that for you. You must be independent and live your life and love it for you, love yourself and then find a guy that really loves you -- and it isn't this guy, he isn't worth your time.

He recently went to jail and all our converstaions have been good up until now and hes accusing me of cheating on him and leting guys in the car and im telling him theres nobody else i want but him and i love him and he still doesnt believe that im not cheating on him and its just hurting me more cause he doesnt believe or tust me. what should i do? You should break up with him, my friend. I realize it must be hard because it's been 1 and 1/2 years and you are engaged, however, I think this may be a sign of what your life will be like together when you're married. My advice is to leave him because you know that you are not cheating on him, and if he loves you, he should believe you. Also, with him going to jail, that is never a good sign for marriage, also.

And i had sex maybe 3-4 days after my period. It was not protected, and he came in me. He didnt pull out fast, but, he did pull out. I have been feeling sick. Its been a week today since we had sex. And i cant take an acurate pregnancy test tell the 23rd. Is there a good chance im pregnant?

Well, I cannot tell you whether or not you have a "good" chance of getting pregnant, however, there is always that chance you may be pregnant when you are not using protection.
P.S. I wish you the best of luck and please remember, always use protection. If a guy doesn't want to, he is not worth it -- and birth control is always a great idea, as well.

so leading up to my period i want to constantly eat everything in sight. however now i'm on the 2nd day of my period and i'm starving because i've barely eaten but i just have no appetite. i can hardly look at food without feeling nauseous and full but my body obviously wants some food in it. what kind of things can i eat that aren't too heavy and will make me feel worse? i'm in college so i have to use meal plans twice a day and i dont eat salads so most everything else we have is chicken fingers, burgers, pizza etc. what can i do? Try to stray from any greasy, fatty, fried foods -- those will definitely upset your stomach. I recommend fruits, veggies, pasta will work with a light sauce, cereal (with or without milk), etc. Good luck, I know how you feel my friend.

Simply, yes. Anytime that you do not use a condom, period or no period (birth control or no birth control, as well), there is always that chance you wil get pregnant. However, you have much more of a chance of getting pregnant by not using a condom, than by using birth control (as it does help obviously, but just want you to know there is always a chance even then).

Assuming I was the girlfriend of this "someone" I loved, I would break the relationship off. You see, being drunk is used as an excuse one too many times -- that doesn't mean the guy doesn't love you, in some cases it is just a mistake. However, the mistake would only happen once in this case, as I do not need to be with someone who gets drunk and doesn't know what they are even doing until the next morning, if they even remember what happened.

I like one of my friends. We have one class together and its math. I think he might be flirting with me but i can't tell if its friendly flirting or that he likes me flirting. We walk out of class together everday, he laughs at sometings I say, and he actually listens to what I have to say. But we have been friends this year. He doesn't know that I like him. I use pads, but it really is a personal preference. I buy Stayfree or Poise on Pads. And when I do wear tampons, I buy Tampax.
