So how long ago was that?? Does he still like you? You never stated anyone's age, but I'm going to assume it's 13/14, just due to the fact that this is the second time I've been asked this, and the first time included Teza's column info. Guys at 13/14 [at least from what I've experienced] never seem to have what it takes to keep a relationship going. If I were in this situation, I would forget about him and move on. He doesn't even seem like he's worth the time and tears. Think about it this way: how into you could he possibly be if he can so easily run to another girl for some gratification?? Relationships are not just one sided - they will never work that way. They require 110% effort and determination from BOTH partners in order to last. How much effort do you think he will be willing to put forth?? It's probably best if you simply ASK him what he feels. Let him know that little mind games don't work with you, and that you refuse to put up with any of his running back and forth crap. I think that's the first thing you should do. Personally, I wouldn't even bother with THAT much. It's definitely true that everyone is entitled to a mistake, but that's something I would not let slide. The way I view it, he shouldn't WANT anyone else, because no one else in the entire world should be able to even come close to COMPARING to you, and what the two of you have together, make sense? And not to offend you, but you're 13/14 [I assume, anyhow; sorrie if I'm wrong], and at that age.. relationships hardly EVER make it to marriage, Hun. You'd be damn lucky if they can hit the 6 month mark. I'm not telling you to turn people away simply because you don't feel you could someday marry them, because people change and mature as they grow older.. so for now it's nice to enjoy your childhood and gain experience and wisdom. Whatever the age, the respect and trust HAVE TO be there, you see? And if it doesn't work out.. well then it's sad, shore.. but it's not the end of the world. At 13/14, broken hearts heal just as quickly as they shatter... Goodluck to you though. Hopefully all goes well!

I suggest you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bread [substitute it with wheat], cake products, ice cream, hamburgers, and soda... [if you're used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR difference within the first two weeks, ALONE, if you cut out soda. My friend did this.. and we were both shocked to all hell at the amount of weight she lost!

It's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL portions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two hours later have a few crakers, and an hour later have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so forth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that gives your body time to digest it properly. You see, it's better than eating one or two huge meals a day, because with one or two massive meals, your body takes too long to catch up, and it can not burn the calories quick enough. Meaning, it then just quits trying, which ultimately turns the contents into body fat..
Also, jogging and walking will do your body well! Lifting dumbbells will give your arms a nice defined shape. Jump roping is another great way to slim down, and dont' forget bike riding. Bike ride.. and you will be amazed, just AMAZED at the transition.
Really, just exercise daily, and stay dedicated. Losing weight takes a lot of discipline...

It's clear that this relationship isn't going anywhere - where's the sense in continuing it? Normally, I would say to talk to him about this to see if you two can find some sort of solution, but in this case I'm not too sure about that. Have you even TRIED to plan things with him? This isn't a big deal. Why do anything?? But if this helps you feel better: I have many friends who are 20+, and they still haven't ever held a elationship before. Honestly, there's no reason you should worrie about this. Just because some of your friends might have done certain things does NOT mean you should have already done them, too!! You're only 13, Hun - you have PLENTY of time still. Truthfully, it's NOT as big of a deal as you might assume. However, if there's someone you know well and may slightly like, I say approach him on this. Just be bold, be honest, and go for it. Well, you never mentioned his age, or how long the two of you have been together, but I'll do the best I can here.
If you're interested in getting him a store bought gift, try keepin' it simple. Spring for some posters, a leather jacket, nice cologne, a gift card, a nintendo system, or some DVD's.
Or, if he drives... definitely go for a *GAS CARD*. Those are pricey, but you also never mentioned your age and price range.
You could always take him to a fancy dinner. Another option... you could MAKE him dinner!! If you're up to the challenge, you could try stuffed chicken breasts with potatoes of some sort with a fresh garden salad and sundaes for dessert! Ooooh, or LASAGNA!!
And if you wanna get creative, how 'bout you just go to the park?? Bring a blanket and some music! And pack a picnic lunch, which doesn't have to be difficult. It can consist of turkey sandwiches on slice bread, grapes, watermelon, pretzels, twinkies etc. And make shore you bring a crap load of bread to feed the duckies!!
Another possible suggestion... you could always make him a poster or a photo album. You could deck it out with markers, photographs, quotes and so on.
How about making him some sort of little quilt with protective clear pockets that you can insert pictures into, and take them out to wash easily?
