There was a VERY important video on my phone that meant everything to me, but when I tried to put it in on my computer, I LOST IT! Everything went so fast that I didn't have time to unmark the "delete from phone after importing to computer" option - but that was fine with the pictures, I found where they were saved on the computer and copied them back onto the phone, BUT I CAN'T FIND THE VIDEO!
PLEASE HELP ME, PLEASE.... it means the world to me! Is there ANYTHING I can do?? Is there like a back-up file on the phone that saves everything (even though you delete it?) Can I talk to a phone operator to help me get it out in that case? Do you think I can still find it on my computer??

I know how to block websites on IE, but is there anyway that I can block individual webpages? I copied the exact URL of the page but still found I had to enter a password everytime I went to other areas of the website.

Hi there,
Yes! Yes, it CAN be done. Despite many a site stating, flatly, that you cannot block anything but full domains, or that there is NO way to block individual webpages in IE without, in turn, denying access to the full domain... there is a way.
The question is, do you want to go through the steps to do it? :-)
Tools > Options > Content:
Look for the "Content Advisor" section.
Click "enable."
If it is already enabled, click "settings."
Now, here is where things usually go wrong with IE's content advisor when people try to use it to block individual webpages:
How would YOU name the place you go to enter a URL that is never allowed? Why "Approved Sites" of course!
So click on the tab labeled: "Approved Sites."
Enter the URL(s) you want to block, one at a time, and click "never."
Now, assuming you aren't using this to childproof a computer, you are going to want to do two things to make your life better in the adventure that is blocking individual webpages URLs in IE:
1) On the "general" tab, check the box which says "Users can see sites that have no rating" or words to that effect.
Without this step, any website which hasn't tagged all their pages with special code to say what child safety levels the page might belong to... will be blocked.
2) On the ratings tab, slide the sliders to the levels for nudity, language, sex, and violence to levels that you are comfortable with.
This way, pages which ARE tagged for content, will not be blocked if they are below your threshold for such things.
To restore a completely uncensored connection, except for your specifically blocked webpages, of course, slide the sliders all the way up, so that no tags will trigger the block.
Here is another hint for you: Pick a password (you MUST pick one) that you can remember. If you need to disable this or change settings for IE's content advisor... you are going to need that password.
If you have any trouble with this, let me know, and I will help you work around it.

Looks like someone got to this already, so I will add what I can. For the record, I was thinking exactly what RS was thinking, and agree with his suggestion 100%.
I wanted to see if I couldn't find you one that was brand new, as that is what you really want if you can get it, so I spent some time on eBay crafting a rather involved search string to help you assemble your 8-track to iPod or iPod to 8-track adaptor, however you want to look at it.
Now, the reason I don't list direct links to the eBay auctions is that you may not get to this right now. This way, you will always have a link to the latest selection of components for creating your iPod to 8-track converter:

There are a couple which are both brand new in box, and very cheap(inexpensive.)
Another suggestion for you: Buy a tape head de-magnetizer and tape head cleaner, then use them on your 8-track deck before you start this mp3 listening adventure. You will be so much happier with the result.
You may also want to replace the hidden factory speakers in your car with similarly sized models of a more modern design. It won't show as being aftermarket, since they are hidden, but you will likely be happier with the sound.
All that aside, there just MAY be a much easier way to adapt your vintage car stereo to your iPod or other mp3 player:
How about an iPod to radio adaptor? A little FM transmitter that hooks up to your iPod or other mp3 player and broadcasts to your FM radio.
If you have a working FM radio in the vehicle, this is by far the better way to do this.
You can buy an FM transmitter for the iPod (all generations) and any mp3 player at nearly ANY store that has an electronics section. Even the local drug store here carries them. :-)

I need to take the LSAT, but am stumped as to which date is best...
I can take it either in June or October. I feel that taking it in June might not give me enough time to prepare (only two months left), but then again, October is over five months away. I understand there are pros and cons to both choices, but-
IF you have taken the LSAT and are in (or were) in Law School-
Which date do you think is best? I am aiming at a score in the mid-high 160's, so realistically, do you think two months is enough to prepare? Or is it better to wait till October?
The reason I ask is that I am also concerned about getting applications submitted early in the admissions process, so the sooner I have the scores, the better. Still, the LSAT score is clearly the most important factor--based on your own experience, what do you recommend? (link)

Apparently not a lot of folks here are directly able answer a question that requires they either are, or were in law school.
Having given this question adequate time to be seen on the front page, I thought I had better answer you.
The basic thought with any scored entrance exam is this: You either know the material, or you don't.
I know that seems overly simplified, but it really isn't.
Do this search:
... and follow some of the links there.
Take a half dozen practice tests, and see how you do.
If you ace one and all, then schedule for May.
If you feel that you are in WAY over your head, then October it is.
Fortunately for you, there are just piles of on-line preparation opportunities for taking the LSAT, so either date you choose, you still have plenty of help prepping for the LSAT.

I've been accepeted as a chem major for northeastern starting fall 2008 and i have to choose between a couple things to finalize my major. i could take the 4/5 year plan and just end with a chem degree. i could take a 5 year plan that has a bs/ms degree when i graduate. or i could take a 5 year and end with a chem bs and a minor in criminal justice (for foresics)

It has become rather apparent that nobody here has majored in a science at Northeastern University.
Having given this question ample time to be answered by your specific target audience, I thought I would provide some insights that will fit all courses of study at all universities.
My advice to you is to firmly decide what it is that you want to end up doing, and research that in the real world.
For example:
If you wish to pursue a career in criminal forensics, you would then go and talk to people who are actually working in that field.
You will find many of them anxious to tell you of their experiences and help you to avoid scholastic mistakes they made along the way to their career's initial launch.
Now, to get the best start on this, you might do yourself a favor by contacting Northeastern University alumni, specifically from the chemistry department.
