Putting music on onetruemedia video

Question Posted Sunday April 20 2008, 12:22 pm

I want to put music on my montage from my computer, but it said I needed a supporting file. Can you tell me how to put music on it from my computer? It would definitely complete my video :D

Thanks so much.

Is it possible that you have a situation where you haven't uploaded the music to their servers yet, and are trying to do it directly from your computer?

That seems to be a very common problem according to the FAQ:

... If that isn't it, or your question about adding audio to your OneTrueMedia montage isn't answered here, please ask a more specific question, with the exact error message, what page you are getting it on and anything else you can think of.

Happy Montaging!
