Well, if you don't want it to stand out TOO much, I suggest going with a pale brown liner. Black would also look fabulous, but from the way it sounds.. it might make too much of a statement than you're looking to create.
And as for products, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! If he does this without you asking him to, I say he likes you. Think about it: why else would he do it? It's an intimate way to draw you closer to him. Also, I've never known many guys who randomly think of and voluntarily decide to play with my hair, and there's certainly WRONG with my hair. I've personally never had a retainer, but I asked my friend for some information on this. She informed me that it's no different from kissing WITHOUT a retainer. She claims to have never encountered a problem of any kind with kissing while wearing her retianer. Hopefully this provides you more reassurance! =]

Aww, no - there is absolutely nothing "wrong" about it! Infact, if this helps you feel better: I have many friends who are 20+, and they still haven't ever held a relationship before. Honestly, there's no reason you should worrie about this. Just because some of your friends might have done certain things does NOT mean you should have already done them, too!! You're only 13 - you have PLENTY of time still. Truthfully, it's NOT as big of a deal as you might assume. Don't stress yourself out about this.
