Anything you like. Dont refrain from listening to something just cos its not cool, or dont just listen to something just cos its meant to be cool. Ridicule is nothing to be scared of, which is a motto i go off, seeing as I like mostly teen pop like S Club 7 etc

whatever you like is the best kind to be listening to! try some diff genres and im sure youll find one that you love! for example: rock, punk, counrtry, rap, hiphop, etc.! personally i like rock/emo/screamo! good luck [♥]

Whatever tickles your fancy! Honestly all music has something good about it. There really is no "best". Its just whatever tune talks to you personally. I like almost all kinds of music and find there is a time, place, and mood for them all. :)
