Hey. Well first you have to get a username and password. You do that by (1)going to the page,and on your left you'll see a link that says "Sign in" and under that you'll see the link "Get a xanga site". (2)Click that link, and you'll have to (3)fill in things like your date of birth, email, password, username, etc. Once that is complete, you (4) go back to that home page and (5)sign in with your new username and password. After that, a new page will come up, and on the left hand side it will have topics such as Dash, Subs, Blog Rings, etc. (6)Click the topic titled "Settigs" (under blogrings). After that a new page will come up with topics like Basic Info, Site Design, Privacy, etc. Under Site Design, you'll see a subtopic called Look and Feel-(7)click that. After that a page will come up where you have to sign in again. (8)Sign in. Then you can (9)decorate your page with the choices there. A sweet thing to do for an anniversary would prbably have to be taking her out on a date to the place of their first date. That site would bring back so many cherished memmories. Or, he could take her to the beach side at night, and set up a romantiic picnic or something, with petals of roses and/or her favorite flowers, around her. I personally believe that 15 is yound to be having sex. You just know when you're ready to have sex. Don't just do it just because your boyfriend wants to. You have to want to also because sex is not just a simple thing that doesn't matter. Many thigns can result from having sex, which is why when you do, make sure to use a condom. Maybe you should wait until both of you are comfortable with taking this bis step. I hope I helped!

Well, some guys probably aren't looking for girlfriends right now. You know...they don't want to be tied down. Also, there might be guys who prefer to date girls who are shorter than thy are. i have played basketball for 2 years now im pretty good but not the best well now i moved and i made alot of new friends i really wanna play basketball next year but they all keep saying no dont play only popular girls play ( im not a nerd or geek, im just also as my friends say not "popular" ) should i listen to my friends or should i just try out for the team

I definitely think that you should try out. If you really like this sport then go ahead. Who cares if only popular girls play for the team. That's probably how they get popular anyway. I don't believe that the coach will pick you due to popularity. If you really want to play, then play because you might just regret it later on if you don't try out. I hope I helped!

Okay. I was at my friends house and we took her parent's smirnoffs and drank them. Her mom found out and said that if I don't tell my parents about it then my friend's grounding will be even longer. What should i tell my parents? They are really strict about everything. Thanks

I really think that you should just tell your parents the truth. Yeah, they'll probably be upset because you were drinking, but they'll be glad that you're being honest at least. You don't want them to hear about it from another source, so you should just get over it before you get into even mpre trouble with them. I hope I helped!

im going away soon for vacation and i never been on a plane before this will be my first time. i dont know what to expect here are some questions i would like to get answered

should i be scared
alot of people say to chew gum should i?

Hey. Well, I've been on planes plenty of times, and trust me, you have nothing to be scared about. It's just a smooth ride, and all yoru have to do is just relax. Usually there will be a knob to turn on the air condition if you want to sleep and if you sleep better when it's cool (I know I do). You can read like a book, magazine, etc. or listen to music. They'll have magazine in the pocket in front of your seat, so you can look at those. Also, they might sell things to keep you busy at airports, so you could purchase them before you take off. People chew gum when the plane is taking off because usually your ears get blocked. Oh yeah...most of the time the flight attendents are really nice, and they'll serve you snacks and a drink. I hope you have a fun and safe trip, and I hope I helped!

I want to go to a summer camp the summer of '07 more than anything! The only problem is that my parents won't let me go. How can I convince my parent so to let me go to summer camp? I've even offered to pay for it myself!

Hey. Well camp is very exciting. Just let them know all the positive aspects of the camp of your choice. Also, really explain and express to them how it would make you a better person, and how great it would be to meet new friends and experience new and safe adventures. So im 15/f and i so far have never took any chances! Ive never even kisseda boy for crying out loud becuase i am scared. I think my parentals made me this way. Anyways All my friends ONCE in awhile get together and drink. Now i dont want any rude comments but would it be all that bad to try it once? I am sick of being called the good girl, or princess! I meen i wouldnt get attatched to it would i? Is it as bad as grown ups make it seem?

Drinking is not bad only if it is done responsibly. It's sometimes good to follow the rules. It's not that you're a goody-two-shoes or anything like that, it's just that youre looking out for yourself and you've got your head on straight and your priorities where they need to be, which is awesome if you ask me. You're a responsible child, you don't need to change that because of what your friends think or say. The fact is that you're underage, and only a drink could get you uncontrollablly attached and addicted. Yeah, I mean, I like to take risks, but there's a good chance that you could get attached to it. Maybe if you can take control of it, then you could drink a little, but it's your first time, so I wouldn't reccomend it. The influence of your friends might trigger you to drink more than what you expected as well. In this case, you have got to do what you think is right. okk. ill start from the beggining...i started liking this kidd(bob) at my friends party. and my other friend(jake) knows that i like him so we've been calling him. and id be on mute and jake would ask him if he likes me and he wouldnt know im on the phone...this is how the conversation goes...Jake: heyy do you want to go to the mall? Bob: maybe ill think about it Jake: jill likes you bob:well ill think about it and ill call my friend and ask him if he wants to go. Jake: so are you gonna ask her out Bob: i dont know. so ill call him and see if he wants to go gtg bye. so what do you think. does he like me. anyways...now that he knows that i like him its gonna be awkward. cause tonight im going to the movies with a bunch of people. including him. which is gonna be awkward right?

Hey. From reading that conversation, it seems that Bob really likes you. He ditches the question everytime your friend Jake brings it up. It's as if he's afraid to tell Jake the turth and about his true feelings towards you. Going to the movies will be awkward for the two of you, but you can do something about it to make you both feel comfortable. Pull him aside, and really tell him how you feel. He should here it from you, not from another person- so that he knows it's legit. Let him know, and ask him if he likes you the same way. You have to find out, and whatever happens, you have to respect his answer. If he wants to be friends, then you guys will be friends. If he wants more than that then that's great. I think that you should wear jeans, a tee-shirt with a blazer and nice jewelry. Also, you could wear like flip flops or something. I think that i have really good style, but a lot of people think that it is "different" i wear like hollister stuff and stuff like that, but i turn them into "me." I really need some help to decided if i should dress like everyone eles or if i should be myself???

I think that you should wear what yuo want to wear. It's sometimes good to stand out, and this is the time to do so. So who cares if you dress different and wear Hollister clothes or whatever. Everybody was made different, and you have the right to wear what you like. I like and wear Hollister stuff, but some of my friends don't like it. It doesn't really concern me because they wear what the want to wear, so I wear what I want to wear and things work out perfectly. LOL. What I'm trying to say is to just be yourself and don't worry about dressing like everybody else...where's the fun in that?!

My school just changed its boundres. I am the only one of all my freinds thats going to a different school. this has been the best year of my life cuse my bffs were there and now im never going to see them again. when ever my freinds have moved or something we both said that we would keep in touch. well that never happened. i dont want that to happen to my bffs again. so what should i do? these are my BEST FREINDS IN THE WORLD!!! i dont want to lose them. im 14 and going into 9th grade. thanks for the help.

Hey. Dude, like the same thing happened to me! The superintendent of our county decided to change our school boundaries, so instead of me going to a magnet (tag) school with my friends which I was supposed to be going to, I had to go to a different middle school which lacked academics, and I only knew like 3 people which I don't even know that well. Anyways, I didn't let all of my friendships slip away. You can try calling them often or going out together sometimes and just having fun. I know that it doesn't beat seeing your best friends every single day like you used to, but it's way better than not having any contact with them at all. im going to six flags friday and i need a nice bathing suit that ties on both sides of the bottom piece and ties on the back and at the top of the neck on the top piece. ive looked at hollister and jcpennys ... and i found nothing. it cant be over 50$. i kinda need one with alittle bit of padding too. not just the material. and i was wondering how i could lose weight. like what exercises can i do to lose alittle bit of weight by friday. i mostly need exercises that work the thighs and stomach area. because my thighs are big and the stick out and my stomach is kinda big and my belly button i just dont like . any suggestions?

Hello. My exams are coming up this week, and my two hardest exams (history and english) are both on thursday!! Can you help me with study techniques and staying calm and alert during the test? thanks-

Hey. I can't imagine how streesful final exams in highschool can be. Your best bet would be to form a study group with a couple of friends (or maybe even just 1), and you guys could have study sessions at like the library or something (a place where you can concentrate and not be distracted by other things around you). These study sessions can last about 2-3 hours a day. During these study sessions, you guys could make up a song, poem, etc. to help you remember the aspects you need to cover. You know...catchy things that you wont forget. Also, it's probably best not to study on the day before the test just so that you don't stress yourself out before you take it, and you can take a nice rest before the exam. I hope I helped!

I was wondering if rollers would give me the same effect if i put them in my hair while it was still damp/wet. would it give me nice spiral curls or just make it frizzy? anything i could put in it to take out the frizz?

Rollers work best when your hair is still wet because it when you let it wait, you givee it time to dry, and then they last longer as to if you just rolled your hair while your hair was dry. I hope I helped!

kk well 13/f. i have my 8th grade dance on june 8th. i have to get surgery on my knee june 6th - i tore my acl. and my birthday is june 5th. my guy friend [ hopefully something more soon ] wants to go to the dance with me - i dont know if i wanna go though, let alone with him because i wont be doing much (or all) dancing and i dont wanna bring him down. or let me feel left out. what do you guys think i should do? should i go and dance in a chair? should i go with him? helppp

I think that this choice is based on how you feel. If you know you're not going to have fun, then you should just tell him that you don't want to attend the dance because it's not you, and then maybe another time you guys could meet up like on a date or something. Although, you never know, the dance could actually be really fun even if you don't dance. I think that you should follow your gut and best instinct on what to do. Well, some of my favorite books that I highly reccomemend are:

"Annie's Baby" by Beatrice Sparks:
It's about a young 14 year old girl who get's raped and pregnant by her boyfriend, who ends up denying the fact that he's the father (you know-like immature guys who don't know that it takes 2 to tango). Anyways, she reveals her stuggles through a diary, and you'll just have to read the book tofind out the rest.

Jean and Johnny [not sure of the author]
It's of a girl who's confused between love and what is a fraud when she goes for a hot guy, who she actually believes likes her, when that's no where near the truth. Through the story, he lies and schemes against her-It's a good book.

"Finding My Voice" by Marie G. Lee:
It about an American-born Korean senior who faces racial slurs in her high school as well as harsh remarks, jealously, pressure to excel in school, college, and having a boyfriend. This book was insanely AWESOME!
