I did alot of exercises yesterday.. I mean alot.. and my legs are like sore! I fell going up the stairs cause they were so sore today at school.. they are still sore to i have ball practice everyday and i also have gym how could I get my legs from not being sore?

Just try to relax. Don't do to much physical work. Horse liniment works really good for stuff like that.

I really need to lose weight in my thighs, the area right above my knees, and my calves. What exercises will slim these? Also what foods should I cut back on, like sugar? ..

Squats should help the area above your knees and running should help your calves.

I think you should cut back on any foods/snacks that are high in fat, salt, and sugar.

well my ex and i went out for about 6 months and i got really attached and then she broke up with me at the valentines day dance. well i still have strong feelings for her, but she has a b/f now and im really missing her. well she says she is missing me back and she says she still loves me, but yet she wont brake up with her current b/f to be with me. im starting to fall in love with one of her friends from soccer but i still love my ex more than her friend bu tim getting the feeling my ex is just making up that she misses me, and i told her if she doesnt brake up with her current b/f for me im gonna ask someone else out, but she doesnt know that its her friend from soccer that i like. idk wut to do. plz help me.

Get over your ex. If she hasn't already broken up with her boyfriend its because her feelings for you aren't as strong as her feelings for her boyfriend.

So try to move on. I'm not sure how her friends and her feel about dating each other's exboyfriends. If they are fine with it then go for it, but if they aren't then watch out.

i dont have flat abs.. so if i were to just go on a diet and not eat as many fatty foods and not do crunches would that help? because whenever i do crunches it never shows improvement.. even for like a month

Crunches do help. They just take lots of time and effort.

So if you are doing a little bit a day then ofcourse you aren't going to see results.

Eating right will help your body to improve but I don't think that alone will do it. You need a combination of eating healthy and exercising.

Okay, I like this guy Lewis. Lewis's best friend is Carl. Carl found out that I like Lewis and he's really mad about it.
Carl doesn't like me at all, so I can't really go talk to him, and he is going to tell Lewis.
What do I do!!??

Why does Carl even care about who you like.
I think he is jealous. So who cares what he thinks?

And it doesn't matter if he tell Lewis because either way the turn out could be good.

i've been doing curl ups everyday for a year and (i do the side ones, the ones that work out your upper and lower abs) and like im seeing NO improvement...is there a harder curl up to do? becuase im going all the way up slowly and all the way down slowly and i cant see anything!! im doing 200 on the left and 200 on the right...help!!

You can do it where ever and when ever you are comfortable enough to. There is no set time and place for a kiss to happen, it just does.

okay anyways. i sweat really really bad under my armpits. like i can just be standing there and it starts to feel wet and its soo embarrassing! i wear deoterant all the time. like when i wake up and get ready for school, before & after gym then before i go anywhere after school but it doesnt help. its really gross. what can i do to make it stop?

Me personally, I would kick each and every one of their a**. But you shouldn't do that because I already got suspended two times this year and you probably don't want to do that.

So I think you should tell someone with authority, that way they get stopped and you don't get in trouble.
