losing weight

Question Posted Wednesday April 12 2006, 1:21 pm

I really need to lose weight in my thighs, the area right above my knees, and my calves. What exercises will slim these? Also what foods should I cut back on, like sugar? ..

Thanks!

Cycling will help your legs, especially your calves.

I personally use DDR for my workouts. It is great for your legs. But really, any sort of movement. Running, jumping.

Wall sits are also fabulous for thighs.

Or try leg lifts. Lie on your side and move your top leg up and down. Then the bottom leg. Then roll over and repeat.

Squats should help the area above your knees and running should help your calves.

I think you should cut back on any foods/snacks that are high in fat, salt, and sugar.

The website below should help you a lot.
