killerface answered Wednesday April 5 2006, 8:47 pm: Don't worry. The more you work out, the less they will hurt when you do. If that doesn't work, leg rubs always work for me. warm water baths also work and just plain relaxing sometimes.
MikeCFT answered Wednesday April 5 2006, 6:01 pm: haha welcome to my world. This is called DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and here's the beautiful thing: There's NOTHING you can do about it except rest and let time heal it. Fun isn't it? :-) [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

xEVYx answered Tuesday April 4 2006, 11:31 pm: if it hurts that bad you're either overdoing it or your body isnt use to it. maybe both. just work your way up to how much you work out..start out at a little and do more each day. & stretch no matter what.
bAhAmAmA0250 answered Tuesday April 4 2006, 11:28 pm: Make sure you are getting good rest at night and make sure you stretch really really good before practice or antyhing at that. Make sure you get all parts of your body so that you won't be in pain. [ bAhAmAmA0250's advice column | Ask bAhAmAmA0250 A Question ]
