i've been doing curl ups everyday for a year and (i do the side ones, the ones that work out your upper and lower abs) and like im seeing NO improvement...is there a harder curl up to do? becuase im going all the way up slowly and all the way down slowly and i cant see anything!! im doing 200 on the left and 200 on the right...help!!
a new technique you could try is doing your 200 with a 10 or 20 lbs on your chest like a weight or something and another way to do them is hanging upside down if you have a bar that can hold u or at a gym

You know how on Internet Explorer, if you type like..um.. "advi" then the little thing under it will say "advicenators.com"? How do I get rid of that? I already cleared the history, and the history IS cleared, just the little thing underneath isn't. I really need to get rid of it. ASAP. 5's!!

When I try to use my Limewire, it says that it is behind a firewall. The global icon with a brick on it is at the bottom.
How do I get the firewall off of Limewire? I went into the firewall settings and on the Exceptions log limewire is checked.
Is there anything I can do?
The only thing that firewall SHOULD be doing is stopping you from downloading things with viruses attached to them...you should be able to download things without virusues on them to your computer..i have a firewall and i don't have that problem just remove your firewall alltogether if you want but that will allow you to download ANYTHING which could contain worms or viruses etc.

Alright, I am a sophomore in high school but I have been researching information on various colleges. There a quite a lot of terms & other stuff of that sort that don't exactly make sense to me. Well the difference in the grants thing is that grants you do NOT have to pay back the state federal gives them to you and you do not owe them a cent back for it...loans are something you HAVE to pay back and it all depends on how much your parents make so its not up to you how many grants you get its up to the federal government sorryand yes most people start off by getting their prerequisites out of the way first because a lot of you classes in your major will require you to take those courses first anyway so about your first year and a half to two years of college are based on prerequisites whic kinda sucks... another tip is all those essays and crap you can do in high school to get money for college you should REALLY REALLY do because college ends up being VERY expensive and its a big reality check for most people

Well thats a rough situation there...we've all had teachers like that sometimes you just have to grin and bear it for the rest of the semester because some teachers won't change...you could try answering questions and stuff like that and help him/her out after class or something anything is worth a shot i guess try it!

Okay, Well I have seen you have anwered a quesiotn about knees before and I need help.. I need an anwer ASAP. Well, I will try to describe this as well as I can but yeaa Its not that easy. This is long but It has to be so you can understand exactly what happened so I can figure out what to do. Anways,My Boyfrind&& I were out back playin bbal one on one last night around 7ish. I wasnt even running or jumpin i was just movin around, and i was standing there dribbling and my knee just pops out of place and back in.So i colasp on the middle of the ally, it hurt extreemly bad and i have never been in that much pain my intire life. Like I couldnt get up for 5 minutes.Then finaly I decide I have to get up off the ally and of course I wont let him carry me and I couldnt put any pressure on it so he had to get beside me and help me becuase it hurt soo bad. Then i sorda crawled up the staires and into the house.Then I got my brace (i have knee problems, not bad, like if I run a lot or after a game[[i do cheerleading]] if i dont wear my brace my kene hurts and give out maybe once but gives out, not pops out of place and back in and it has never hurt close to that bad, mom says it runs in the family).Then about 2 hours later, if not less, it did it again but not as bad. And ever since the first one screwed up my knee has hurt so bad.. its killin me!, yea its my bad one too. Omg! I have never been in so much pain my entire life!!! Ack! I guess I should start making it a usal thing to wear my brace because if that would happen while i was on the stairs or at school or alone or in the shower it wouldnt be good. It sucks..So The things i want ot kno is a>What happened b> When will the pain go away? c> Should I get medical attention?

ok lemme first start by saying i graduated with people who had the same problem as you do and they had to wear a brace on their leg just walking around school so that might be what it comes down to sorry: ( neway...A it sounds like you kneecarp is "slipping" away form the socket..i played soccer with someone who had to wear a brace cause of the same problem... which means you actually might have to have a pin put in your leg if it is really bad...B and C you should go see a doctor so he can prescribe you some vicatin or something to get the pain to go away and tell you if you need a pin in it or not Yes you should definatly go see a doctor because like you said you don't want it to happen when you are taking a shower or anything like that...hope this helps..if you need anything else jsut ask!

Okay, I think I should mention I have Selective Mutism. If you don't know what it is, it is an inability to speak in certain social situations. So I pretty much don't talk to anyone but people in my family since I'm extremely shy. :\
I like this guy, but I don't think he'd ever like me. He calls me his mute pet/chick.
And he also probably thinks of me as a little girl, since he is one year older. (I am 15 and he is 16.)

Hey, so I'm having trouble with my knee, and I'm on a sports team, when I sprint, or walk upstairs my knee hurts, and i absolutely need to be able to sprint for my sport. Anyone know anything I can do to make my knee not hurt, without going to the doctor? My knee kind of feels like the bone is being moved around, and when I stretch my leg out it hurts. Water is a big key in losing weight... try drinkin 8 FULL cups a day and u won't want to eat as much because your stomach is full....push ups and situps usually work try and build up to 3 sets of 50 of each and you will notice your stomach starting to flatten and your arms will be more tightened..try and eat more fruits and veggies too instead of chips or fried crap

Flyers usually work, hang them in places like convienence store windows, around your neighborhood, around your friends neighborhoods, etc babysitters are always in need and if you can get a job babysitting for someone you somewhat know or they know of you they tell one person and they tell one person and you are in business. Also people respect someone more if they see you and see what you are about so if you stand in front of the convenience stores or grocery stores wherever and hand them out yourself the people see that you aren't a serial killer you will be more likely to get a call from them. Lacrosse is awesome! Yes there is a decent amount of running involved in lacrosse but u won't even notice how much you are running after the first week or two because you will be concentrating on passes and shots and stuff like that all you have to do is be able to "walk and chew gum" and you will be set lol

It's called shin splints. What you can do to help is two things. Do stretches for your shin which u can ask you medical trainer what they are at you school and you can get two garbage cans about thigh high and fill one with ice water and the other with warm water put one leg in each and after 5 to 7 minutes switch buckets and repeat till each leg is in each bucket 3 times.
