i know its illegal to have sexual intercourse with someone over 18 if youre a minor... but is it illegal to date them/ have oral sex? just curious...

It isn't illegal to date them, but it is illegal to have oral sex. Any kind of sex or anything of sexual nature would be considered illgeal.

Intercourse and oral sex ARE sex... and it all counts the same.

well heres the thing if he is say 19 and you are 16 its legal because an "adult" anyone over the age of 18 gets a three year leeway on having sex with minors and another thing if you are 16 then you can give legal consent to have sex with him/her as the law states

nope not at all. well if you are over the age of 16 it is legal for you to have sex with anyone and if you under that its up to 2 years older than you (if you were curious)
anyways really you can have sex all you want! there arent sex police out there or anything. basically the only way he can get introuble is if you sue him claiming he raped you or whatever or your parents want to press charges.
