My teacher hates me. I can't say a word in her classroom, even when everyone else is talking. I don't like here either. She's my lest fave teacher. Is there any way i could make her like me as a student.
NinjaNeer answered Monday April 10 2006, 1:01 pm: Well, don't kiss her ass, because even though that may make her like you more, everyone else will like you less!
Just be superfriendly (that's what I do when I don't like someone and they don't like me); then there's no reason for her to not like you! Just do your work, be quiet, follow the rules, but don't go staying after class to help her clean the blackboard ;) [ NinjaNeer's advice column | Ask NinjaNeer A Question ]

All you can do is apologise (sincerely) for anything you have done wrong, work hard and keep up with assignments.
If she still doesn't like you, there is not a lot you can do. Some people just have clashing personalities. It's part of life. You won't have her as your teacher forever, so just ride it out. [ NakedFaery's advice column | Ask NakedFaery A Question ]
mayonnaise answered Sunday April 9 2006, 11:11 pm: I had the same prob with my 8th grade english teacher. I simply just told her I hated her. Which didn't really help. I ended up getting in a fight with a girl in her class. So I am now homeschooled. My advice, is to just go in, and ignore how stupid she is. Focus on something other than her stupid self, such as the hot boy sitting across from you. Worked for me. I doubt this helped, but I hope it did!
LaidBack answered Sunday April 9 2006, 10:03 pm: Well thats a rough situation there...we've all had teachers like that sometimes you just have to grin and bear it for the rest of the semester because some teachers won't change...you could try answering questions and stuff like that and help him/her out after class or something anything is worth a shot i guess try it! XoSoftBallBabExO answered Sunday April 9 2006, 8:44 pm: heyy dont feel bad
there are plenty of teachers that would rather me jump out of the window, then have me in class! lol
try doing extra things. like in social studies class, someone always has to pass out folders. so i volenteer! im not sure what grade you are in, but try doing extra things around the classroom. ya it kinda sounds geeky, but being on a teahcers good side is important. trying harder can also work! like study your butt off for a test. if you get a good grade, the teacher could think you are trying extra hard, and may lighten up
FoReVerHelpful2U answered Sunday April 9 2006, 7:51 pm: raise your hand more in her class, this shows you pay attention and you want to contribute. otherwise try not to talk as much in her class, even if others are. i wouldnt go into total suck-up mode, but be nice in her class. hoped i helped! rockin_samsam answered Sunday April 9 2006, 7:08 pm: you could be a teachers pet but i dont think you would like to be that so you could ask your mum or some one to talk to your teacher and find out what is the matter with you, then you could change it. honestXmiistake answered Sunday April 9 2006, 7:07 pm: well why exactly does your teacher hate you? did you do something wrong?? if you didn't, & she's just like that for some reason, then I'd suggest just being a good student. if you don't already, do your homework all the time, do your classwork, participate, etc. I really don't know what else to tell you cause I don't know your whole situation and like why she hates you or anything. but just be a good student. hopefully that will make her like you more.
