hi, I know that this a really weird question (hence the catagory), but its been bothering me for a while. When they give the oscar for best picture who gets to keep the actual oscar? the producers? the director? who? Thanks. I'll rate 5 for the answer.

Dear Oscars,

Best picture goes to one person the most important person, the Producer. That category and award is saved for the person who put the motion picture together. They get this because if it wasn't from them taking a chance on a screenplay it would have never been made.
