I don't really think that's true, no. I have male friends who don't fancy me and I don't fancy them but when I see them we have a good laugh.
It's quite commonly believed that men and women can't be just friends because emotions and sex get involved, one ends up fancying the other, etc. I suppose it can be true in a lot of cases but that doens't mean that all guys are so shallow they can't possibly be friends with a girl they're not attracted to.
If you're a good person and you make them laugh, there's no reason they can't be your friend and they don't have to fancy you for that.

not to be mean to them, but some of the girls im friends with i think are downright ugly and annoying. though a few i met through my GF so that may be why i put up with them... so i gues the awnser to your question is yes and no, it depends on the guy.

no im absolutaly positive thats not true. i have many guy friends and some of which ive dated and theyve broken up with me, and yet were stil friends. if they did like me like that, they woouldnt have broken up with me. yet, theyre still my friends.

I dont think so. some guys can be like that but not all. i have tons of guy friends and some of them like other girls or have girlfriends. usually one or the other end up liking the other if its a boy girl friendship but nope i dont believe that one bit. hope i helped <3

No it isnt. It will hold for some guys but absolutely not all. I have had friends who were girls where there wasnt any form of attraction whatsoever one way or the other.
Typically though guys will be your friend for one of 3 reasons:
1. because they really are your friend
2. because they want something more
3. because they know that by having a girl as a friend they can get access to a lot of other girls (friend's friends).

i doubt it. unless the guy is really prejudice or whatever, they should like you for who you are not how you look. but for a relationship ((like b/f;;g/f)), good looks help.
