what does pushing your cuticals back do for you nails? is it good/bad? how ofen should you do it?

Pushing your cuticals back won't do anything major for you nails. However, it'll help your nails look neater, healthier and cleaner. Nail's just look so much better when the cuticals are pushed back. You can push your cuticals back as often as you want. When you notice your cuticals are getting long, just push them back.

It's safe for you. You use it just like regular toothpaste, so don't swallow it or anything. If you don't like the taste of baking soda and salt together, you can always get toothpaste with baking soda in it at your local drug store.

Do Crest Whitestrips really work? If so, how much whiter will they make your teeth?

They work, but you're going to have to be using them for awhile before you see results.

You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little bit of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.

I know this sounds really weird, but my makeup smells really bad! Its powder. Ive had it sine maybe November. But, it smells like eggs..whats wrong?!

It's probably expired if it smells like that. When your make-up has a funny smell to it, it's usually bad. I suggest not using it anymore and getting some new powder.

someone said somethin about putting toothpaste on their pimple and it clears the pimple up is that true

Most of the time, it does work. The toothpaste causes the pimple to dry up and will eventually go away.

thank you so much for your help, but all of those responses tell me that it grows back prickily, and right now, im thinking that's not sounding like too much fun for me.. hahah, i dont feel close enough with him to ask him how he would like my vaginal area, but i really want to get fingered by him so just to like cut it down a bit, should i trim it with some scissors, so it is just a light bush?

When the hair grows back, it doesn't always go prickly. It depends on how often you shave. If you shave mostly everyday or keep it trimmed up, it won't be as prickly when new hair grows in. As for your question, if you aren't comfortable enough to ask him just take matters into your own hand. Do what you prefer. If you want to trim it up a bit, then go for it. I believe it would be the best idea.

Since all guys are different they're going to like different things, especially when it comes to this. Some like it shaved, while the others like it trimmed and then you have the few who like it natural. However, shaving is a personal prefrence. If you want to shave "down there" then go ahead. If you don't then don't, it's totally up to you.

When you're 100% ready to have sex, you'll know. It's just something that clicks in your brain. Your first time should be special. It should be with a person you're in love with; you're comfortable around and are in a committed relationship with. You don't want to give it away to someone you aren't sure about, someone that may just end up dumping you the next day. You only get one first time and that first time should be special.

here's two things i've been told about sex from my friends, and i'm not sure what's true and what's not:

-your vagina makes "farting" noises when having sex.
-there is the possibility of peeing on him.

When air is pushed into your vagina and released a "farting" noise may occur. It's not always the case, but will happen then and again. However, some sex positions will make it more likely than others; nothing to be embarrassed about though. Most of the time your partner won't even hear it, he'll be enjoying the sex too much to think about anything else.

It is VERY uncommon for someone to pee while having sex. You're too sexually excited to even think about peeing. I wouldn't worry about this too much because that myth is false.

You don't have to worry about people leaving questions in your inbox. Since you're new, not many people are going to do this. I suggest answering as many public questions as you can. That way it'll show people you're able to give good advice. Always spell and type correctly. People hate others who "tYp3 liek diz!" It gets very annoying and you won't get much people coming to your site or asking for advice. Be nice and friendly, no one likes when people are bitchy to them when they're asking for help. So, just answer as many questions as you can, the best that you can. People will then see you give great advice and will come to you when they have a problem.

hey if a guy that you like is talking to you, and he's brought up the subject of his basement and how its awesome and stuff, is that subtley hinting that he might want to hang out? or just saying it just to say it? haha because im not sure if hes hinting to me that he might want to hang out, or hes just telling me about his house for no reason. thanksss.

There are really two things that this could turn out to be. He might have just brought up his basement to give you a hint that he wants to hang out. But, why would he say that when he could just ask you to come over and hang out sometime? He could be simply showing off his basement and it really might be awesome, you never know. Maybe you should say something like "Oh, is it? It'd be awesome if I could see!" Then see what happens.

The other one could be a reason to hook up with you. In other words he just might be out for one thing and that one thing would be sex. If you're interested, then go ahead, do as you please. But if you don't want to, don't get pressured into something you don't want to do.

my bf is going off to college. he's a senior and im a few years younger. i thought i would be happy about it and glad that he was going and getting accepted into good schools but im not. i feel bad about it but im just not happy about it. do you think its because all of the stories about how they leave you when they go to college? we have been dating for around 5 years. any ideas or tips?

What you're going through and feeling is completely normal. You want to be happy for your boyfriend because he's getting accepted to great schools, but you don't want to be happy because you know he has to leave you. Obviously you're going to be more sad than happy for him, especially since you and him have been together for five years. Since you have been with him for so long, I'm sure you're very comfortable around him. I suggest talking to him about this and explain to him what you're feeling. I'm sure he'll try some way to comfort you and help you out during this time. Maybe a good conversation about your feelings and thoughts on this subject will help out some.

Just because he's going to College doesn't mean he's going to break up with you or find someone new, for that matter. You guys have been together for five years so obviously that means something right there; he loves you. I highly doubt he's going to leave you and a five year relationship for someone he just met. I wouldn't worry too much about what he's doing at College. If you guys love one another and trust one another completely, you'll have nothing to worry about. So, just talk to him about it and see how you feel after the conversation.

I'm a female teenager and I had sex for my first time yesterday and down there is in a little bit of pain, is that normal?

The first time you have sex there will be a bit of pain that will occur the next day. It is very normal and within a few days the pain should go away.
