They work, but you're going to have to be using them for awhile before you see results.
You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little bit of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.

Yesss :) They work, and depending on how often you use them, they'll whiten. They can make it 2 shades - 3 or more shades whiter!

Yes they do! Ive used them before. Im not sure how much it whitens EXACTLY but I would say youre teeth will be 4-5 times whiter after the reccomended 14 days. :]
