Well, any contact is great contact. The telephone is a great form of communication, because it allows you to physically speak when one if too far to be visited. However, I say in person is the best way. That's what I use, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It comes with a tiny packet of gel and an small paint brush for each individual gel packet.
