That's what I use, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It comes with a tiny packet of gel and an small paint brush for each individual gel packet. You simply paint it on your teeth like you would paint your fingernails. Leave it on for 30 minutes a day [before bed], see results in three days! It's magical!! :D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]

Karen answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 5:23 pm: Crest White Strips worked for me but my teeth were really sensitive after I used them. Either that or Oral B Whitening Strips would work but I recommend Crest White Strips. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

smichele427 answered Tuesday September 6 2005, 4:24 pm: I used a serum instead of the strips. I think it was colgate. but w/e. go for the strips. they work so much better! If i didnt have braces then i would have used the strips. But when i get my braces off, i am going to use the strips. Just dont waste 30 $'s on the "Simply White Night" serum or anything else like that that comes in a little bottle and is liquid. i would use the CREST STRIPS. i use the crest toothpaste that has whitening in it and it works ok. better than colgate! those questions. They know what is good etc. Also beware, they may try to get you to do professional teeth whitening. Be careful, ask them straight up if you are on the take from someone to recommend this or that--I am not interested.
