How big is a guyz penis supposed to be at the beginnin of 14?

Well, I'm not male, so don't hold me to my answer. I would assume about 5 inches. A few years ago, my boyfriend who was 14 at the time, was about 4 inches. Everyone devolops at their own pace, but I say if you're somewhere in that range you're "average".
