lol, it doesnt mean anything... it's just really funny.. there was this extremely funny tv show on Comedy Central a few years ago called Chappelle's Show, starring Dave Chappelle. and the show would have show some skits, and there was this one skit that was like a story told by Eddie Murphy's brother, Charlie Murphy.. and he was telling this story about how like in the 80's, he and Rick James had some problems. and Rick James would always go like, "CHARLIE MURPHY!!" in this really funny way, and he would come out of nowhere and punch/hit charlie murphy by surprise for no reason, and rick james would always say, "I'm Rick James, bitch" yaa.. it's really funny, and that's where everyone got it from. they still have reruns of old episodes of the Chappelle's Show on comedy central.

lol. Aw. Theres a TV show called the dave chapell show. He did a comedy routine and in it he was making fun of someone named Rick James, and he had turned it into a joke saying "Im rick james bitch" Basically, all the people that say that are immitating what they saw on tv, causing it to be a trendy little statement =)
