Well... im deathly afraid of spiders! Does anybody no a way I can stop fearing spiders so much?

you juss have to realize they can't hurt you. yes i know, they're creepy & i don't like them either, but if you put it this way, they actually eat a lot of other gross bugs which is definately a good thing. soo basically they're doing good things. also realize that there's always going to be spiders & you will have to face them. if you're talking about the HUGE spiders..yes those can hurt you, but it depends where you live. if you really can't get over that, then you should go for professional help. it really can help you. do some research in your area er maybe talk to some people to see if they have the same fear as you & what they did.

Omg does anyone know any sites where i could get song URL codes for my xanga playlist except for musicgalore.. cause it won't let me use that one and its confuseing but does anyone know any other good sites with music URL codes..?? i really want a playlist but i need a site first ! i will rate really high.. just please help me ! && tell me how to do it too .

do you have the code?? it's called 'darkplayer' so you can search it in there. well on the music URL site it has lists of songs, find the song you want by scrolling down, right click & click PROPERTIES. a box should come up that says ADDRESS URL "URL" & you put the url in your darkplayer code. if you have any other q's let me know.

Ok, I am a 16/f. I am very busy. I go to school, then right away after school I have work. After work I come home do my homework and leave. I also am very forgetful and kind of overweight. I was just wondering if there is any kind of diet that would be good. Something easy to remember, because I have bad memory, and I need to lose this weight. Is there any like exercises I can do? That are easy to remember to do? Help me

for dieting, it's not really that great. make sure to get plenty of sleep, eat all 3 meals, eat every 3 hours (crackers, fruits, veggies, etc) because it helps your metabolism, try staying away from soda, & run/jog/walk & do crunches er situps. that's it basically. running helps a lot. maybe if you work out every other day. it doesn't have to be intense workouts, juss little things when you have time.

go to www.xanga.com, the main page, & then go to the SEARCH bar & type in "darkplayer" & there should be USER sites, so make sure you're looking under the USER tab. once you find that code, you put that into your xanga site & go to www.musicgalore.net & pick out whatever song you want. once you find it, right click on the link & click PROPERTIES & they'll give you an URL in a box that comes up. copy & paste that URL in the darkplayer code. the darkplayer code itself has certain parts that you insert that in & the title/artist of the song.

my mom made me break up with my boyfriend just recently.I did what was told,but my mom still thinks we are going out.my mom makes me use the phone in the living room or let her listen on the other line.I have no privacy.How do I get more privacy?why is she doing this when I did what I was suppose to?

i think that's basically a responsibility situation. if you prove to her that your responsible, she'll probably let you do more. maybe get a job, help out more around the house, etc etc. talk to her & tell her how you feel, respectfully though. would your bf er the guy you like have a problem talking to her?? i mean, maybe he'll prove that he's not a bad guy & there's nothing to worry about ya know?? juss try talking to her about it.

( I like her EX now ) And I was really hurt cause she started flirting with him constantly and won him over and now they're going out so she took a guy away from me, would it be wrong to go out with her old ex?!

how you felt is probably how she will feel. talk to her about it & explain how you like him & stuff. she's basically doing the same thing though sort've. ask her though, she might not even mind, but also remember how you felt. if you really like him go for it.

hey i have a bit of a problem. When my mom met my boyfriend about two to three weeks ago, she told me after he left that she thinks he looks dirty( his clothes look dirty, his hair, ect). I looked at my boyfriend this morning and i see what she means. i love my boyfriend, dont get me wrong but he looks like he doesnt brush his teeth, his hair was a mess, he had stuff in his eyes and a stain on his shirt. (Just to let you know, we go to a private school which requires us to wear a uniform). At times, he smells too. I dont know how to tell him with out sounding mean or rude. Is there any way to say something about it?

another thing is, i notice how in class today, he sits right next to me in both the classes we have together, that about half of the time, he will talk to my friend that sits right next to him and he is always hugging other girls and calling them "sexy". this kinda gets me mad/jealous. I dont know how to tell him with out sounding like...annoying. Most of the times when we are hanging out in the morning, i will be talking to him and one of his friends will walk by and he will go and talk to them. What should i say to him about it? I hate getting ditched like that.

hmm..that's an akward situation since it's kind've rude but you are his gf ya know?? i think you should juss be honest with him & say "hey i heard some people mentioning things about you & i juss don't want you to be hurt by it so.." & then tell him. you don't have to give names er anything. he shouldn't really be doing that since he's your bf. ask him about it. i wouldn't tell him about the whole hygene thing & the girls thing on the same night. try paying more attention to the whole girl situation & maybe he's juss too nice & messing with them. that sounds rude though, because you are his gf & he really shouldn't be doing that. let him know all of these things, juss maybe not at once.

You know on how some layouts they give you the code thing that makes it all pretty when you do this

uhh i'm guessing you take spaces out so that person was probably confused. i know what you mean. i think it all depends on the layout. some layouts i used wouldn't let me do certain things & some did. i'm not that great with xanga layouts, but try picking the right layouts that let you do whatever. you can also talk to the maker of the site & ask him/her about how you can fix it er maybe they can. they usually leave a sn er you can juss leave them comments on it.

try being friends with him first. if you guys are closer friends, he'll probably definately let you know & then you can tell him about you. i think that would be the best way, because then it's not playing any 'games' er hearing from others. you can hear it straight from him so you know everything about it. after that, you guys can move on depending how you feel.

So I really like my best friend's baseball coach. No, not a joke. Really have feelings for him. Sound stupid I know. He's 28, single and gorgeous like no other.


At fist it was just a crush on older guy type thing. Now it's a he's soooo great, easy to talk to, and actually have feelings for him type thing.


How on earth do I get over this? I've tried to stop talking to him and stuff but then I just end up think about him all day.

it's definately a phase. i think most girls have that problem once in awhile. don't worry, it won't even last that long & as soon as you see some other attractive guy you'll get over it haha =) a lot of my friends had crushes on teachers for like a week er two & then we're totally over it since they realized that they were old & stuff.

ok this may sound a bit strange but does any1 know about the average bra size 4 a 13 year old because i get really embaressed getting sized up!!

i'd say A er B. definately around there. i mean obviously everyone is different, but a B is kind've normal for a 13 year old. it also depends on your body structure & what not. don't worry though, they'll grow later on.

ok ... well i got my period in 6th grade. im now in 8th grade and i don't use tampons. is this bad? should i start using them? how do i start? i'm kind of scared to .. i tried once but chickened out. all of my friends that have their period, even those who just got it, say they use tampons. with the summer coming up &all .. should i start? thanks

it's totally up to you & what you're comfortable with. personally i still use pads. i've had my period since around the 5th-6th grade & i'm a in 10th. yeah all my friends use tampons, but i'm a germophob & yeah haha =) if you swim a lot & you feel ready then yes go for it. if not, it's definately not a problem. try asking one of your friends/family. if that's kind've weird to you, then buy certain tampons. maybe ask brands from your friends & there's directions on the box. there's also directions on the company/brand's website.

I need some help deciding what classes i should take my junior year (next year).

i know no one here knows all the courses i have at my school but most schools ussually have very similar classes!

I want to be a kindergarden teacher when i grow up and ive already taken all the classes that are like child care based or whatever so there is nothing about kids left for me to take but i dont know whats next.


i was thinking like taking something like socialogy but i dont know what kind of classes will help me most!

if you want to be a teacher, it was good you took the child care classes. try talking to your guidance counsler. juss tell him/her that you're interested in the teaching field & if there's any courses he/she suggests. for socialogy, there's a class specifically for that er you can take classes such as bioethics, umm idk any 'mind & relationship' courses too. your guidance counsler will definately help though.

where are some places to buy good hair dye? like I'm looking for normal colored stuff (like brown) but the fun colors are fine too (as long as they have reg colors there!)

because when i got to grocery stores and get like loreal or revlon hair dye they never turn out like they say and fade out of my hair real fast and I'm looking for more professional hair dyes to do myself (well my mom who knows what she is doing)

do they carry them at places like sallys?

try buying dye at salons. basically you juss go in & tell them that you need some sort've dye for your hair & they'll let you buy it. most will anyway, so yeah that way it's cheaper because your mom can do it & stuff. plus you can trust them since that's basically their whole career & they know about what dyes are good.

umm i have iTunes & yahoo- i was wondering is there anyway i can put the songs i listen to on yahoo onto iTunes? i don't think it will work. but maybe someone does know how? i just got a new computer and really dont want put a lot of programs like limewire on it or anything-

you can't put yahoo songs on itunes unless you buy them someway. i get itunes cards at stores & that's a pretty good way, because you don't get viruses. also, do you have myspace?? there's a music section & you type in the artist & a site will come up. look for the song in each site & some of them say 'download'. if it does that means you can get that song for free.

the only way you can really figure out if he likes you er not is if you ask him. from what you said though it seems like he does. i think you should become better friends with him & when you think you guys are close enough let him know how you feel. maybe your friends can give him hints along the way. that way you guys can talk about it & decide whether to date er not.
