Ok, I am a 16/f. I am very busy. I go to school, then right away after school I have work. After work I come home do my homework and leave. I also am very forgetful and kind of overweight. I was just wondering if there is any kind of diet that would be good. Something easy to remember, because I have bad memory, and I need to lose this weight. Is there any like exercises I can do? That are easy to remember to do? Help me
xomegaroni answered Saturday March 11 2006, 9:30 pm: for dieting, it's not really that great. make sure to get plenty of sleep, eat all 3 meals, eat every 3 hours (crackers, fruits, veggies, etc) because it helps your metabolism, try staying away from soda, & run/jog/walk & do crunches er situps. that's it basically. running helps a lot. maybe if you work out every other day. it doesn't have to be intense workouts, juss little things when you have time.

well if you ask me, i think you should just fix your eating, not go on a diet, because going on a diet will tire you more than you already are.
so eat healthily, and at right times. you can have a snack ( ONE snack) in 2 days or something, and i hope that will help.
