Question Posted Saturday March 11 2006, 2:18 pm

How do you get eyeliner to go on your top eyelid? I've tried a million times and it always messes up.

It is very simple. All you have to do is draw a thin line right where your eyelashes start; make sense? Then just trace over the line until you get it how you want it, like the thickness.
