I have arachnaphobia, so I can relate.

There really isn't anything you can do except just stay away from them. You could try some kind of therapy, I am sure you can find a specialist who deals with overcoming phobia's and fears. That would be your best bet or you could just try and will yourself to not being fearful of them.

There really isn't much to say, and not alot of options. I just live with it and kill a spider with some kind of long reaching object, because there is no way I am going near a spider with a paper towel and my hand to kill it, no way at all.

I hope this helped and you find a way to overcome your fear of spiders.

-Ryan

Well don't kill them. ;;^^ They deserve life as much as you do.

Hm. You could try watching or reading things with friendly spiders. I like Charlotte's Web and...um...Spiderman. You could even make up your own cute, friendly spider character in your head.

Seriously, just keep telling yourself that they are perfectly harmless. Look at pictures of spiders, read about them, etc.

If that fails, you may want to seek professional treatment. I googled it and found that a lot of people were cured through hypnosis.

But really, Just calm down there small and they wont bite you. If you cant kill it yourself ask your mom or somebody.

you juss have to realize they can't hurt you. yes i know, they're creepy & i don't like them either, but if you put it this way, they actually eat a lot of other gross bugs which is definately a good thing. soo basically they're doing good things. also realize that there's always going to be spiders & you will have to face them. if you're talking about the HUGE spiders..yes those can hurt you, but it depends where you live. if you really can't get over that, then you should go for professional help. it really can help you. do some research in your area er maybe talk to some people to see if they have the same fear as you & what they did.

-hope that helped!♥
