Q: I'm going to be a junior in high school this coming year. I'm starting to search for colleges. I plan on majoring in psychology and I'd like to find a college in Virginia or around D.C. How to I find the right college for me? What sort of things do I look for? Thanks in advance!

Go to google.com and type in collages in Virginia then do it over again and type in collages in D.C. You should look for things you are instrested in like sports or stuff. If you like to swim see if they have a swimming pool or a good swim team! Look to see if they have good teacher and see what grade of school they are. Good Luck and happy Gradeuation!

One exercise is to get on your hands and knees and lift your leg up but keep it in the position it is when you are on you hands and knees bring your leg back down then lift it up again but this time streach it out so it is straight then bring it back down when you bring your leg down don't let it hit the floor both times! Make sure you do both legs! I don't think fods can help just eat healthy!

Q: Not long ago i came on here for advice between my boyfriend and another guy i really liked and decided to make a go of trying to spice things up.We went out clubbing together and had the night of our lives and soon forgot about this other guy i like.A week later me and my friend got together had a few drinks and decided to have a few more at the local.The other guy was there and as i was plastered, bought him a drink i owed him and danced and chatted with him all night.He invited me and my mate to his house for a few more drinks but my mate left at 3am leaving us 2 alone and then we had a drunkin kiss and ended up sleeping together.Im now meeting up with him and we have so much in common including partners.Now im confused coz i like this other guy but i love my boyfriend.

First of all you need to tell you boyfriend what happend. Then you need to say your sorry and it was only because you were drunk. For chooseing one i can't do that for you I don't know your kind of taste. Make a list of things that are good about each guy and whoever has the most good things wins then you pick that guy!

Talk to your parents! Give them reasons why you should be able to! If they say yes but you don't like the way they feel then buy ONE pair and where them to bed when you wake up in the morning you shouldn't feel them at all!

Q: I may be completely over-reacting, but I really need some advice on this;
I'm thirteen, and I started smoking a few months ago... at first it was only a fag or two when I was around friends, but now its almost like I need a few cigarettes to calm me down just so I can start studying... not just around my mates and stuff..
Problem is; I've started to get some pain in my chest, and I've let myself get into a panic by reading that section on a ciggie packet about health hazards over and over again...
and now I'm afraid I may be sick... like i said, I may be over reacting... but I'm panicky... I don't want to die, my parents are doctors!
I can't tell them, I'll get into so much trouble... and after they send me for a check up, and if the results turn up fine, then I'll want to smoke again- but they'll confiscate the pack from me... and I won't be able to... Honestly, I have so much going through my head right now, I CAN'T STOP SMOKING, BUT I CAN'T DIE EITHER??
What should I do?!

Your not going to die! At least not yet! You should quit smoking if you don't your parents will find out and then you might get sick! So just stop. If you feel the need go outside and run chew gum or something to get your mind off it!

Q: I am 13 and I'm a female. A few of my guy friends seem to act real nice around me, but when they're around each other, they say bad things about me. I'd like to know if I can trust them.
I asked that question earlier and I forgot to mention that one guy is an ex-boyfriend, one likes me and I think the other likes me too. My ex and the guy who likes me are very good friends and the guy who likes me is good friends with the guy who I think likes me. I hope this will give me more help.

They might just do that because they don't want anyone to know that they still like you. Just tell them that you know they are talkin behind your back and that it needs to stop if they want to be friends!

Q: Do you know how to stop deoderant from getting stuck in clumps beetween the folds of your underarms? Im afraid to lift my hands above my head because of all the white clumps of this so called "invisible deoderant" next, when I shave its smooth and there is no hair, yet its all dark, because I have black hair. use dove deoderant it should work and for the dark hair we all have it just mix dove soap with your shaving cream if you use any if not just use dove soap before you shave! Hope this helped!

Some girls do get their period in 5th grade! My doctor said that it depends mostly on how much body fat you have the more you have the faster you will get it but that doesn't happen in all situations. I am 13 and haven't gotten mine yet!You can even not get it till your 15! You will usually get cramps when you first start your period (this is just what i have heard because i have't had mine yet) but they will go away as your body gets used to it! I wouldn't worry about it when it happends it happends. If you are worried about the string comming off i would give the strind a tug a few times to make sure it won't be comming off before i used it but i don't think that that will happen! I don't know about the tampons and pads while you swim. I would start using pads when i first get my period the after a few times i would switch to tampons and only use the little ones! Hope this helped! You should talk to your mom about it if you feel comfortable! Q: I've been tweezing my eyebrows for a while now but it's getting too difficult to find a shape I like. Today I'm going to get them waxed but I'm nervous. Will it hurt alot? Will I be really sore afterwards? Do the people who do it find the shape they like for you?

I think that you get to pick your shape but you can always ask them which one they think looks best on you! It does hurt just like getting anyother part of your body waxed but it doesn't hurt for long!

Q: Ok, my hair is very thick and naturally wavy/curly. It takes two to three hours for me to straighten it and I need some other ideas for some hair styles. I tried using one type of gel that said if i scrunch my hair while blow-drying (with this gel in), it would make my hair look curly. But it didn't work. Is there any porduct you recommend? and if you could give me a website or tell me some ideas for my hair that would be great!!! Please respond!! Thanks!

i do that scrunch my hair while blow drying it with gel in it but if you have it on hot and if you are blowing it to fast it doesn't work. Try it by turning the blow dryer down to low or mediean and on cool if it still goes to fast put a sock over the blow dryer thats how my hair stylist does it. When I finish blow drying it i put a little more gel in and scrunch it but don't blow dry it after that!
