First of all, you know the reason your boobs will get smaller is because when you lose a significant or large amount of weight (example: 10 or more pounds), you lose weight all over, right? It's not like when you start working out, your boobs automatically get smaller. If you lose 3 or 5 pounds, your boobs will not get smaller at all. However, if you do end up losing a lot of weight, your boobs might get smaller. In that case, there is always the handy dandy push-up bra. Best push-up bra I know of: the Victoria's Secret Seamless push-up- $42 at all Victoria's Secret stores. As far as foods, these won't neccessarily make boobs bigger, but they will help you maintain a healty body weight and will prevent your boobs from decreasing in size- milk, cheese, and unsalted peanuts.

Hope I helped.

The size of your boobs is genetic excersizing and food will not make them bigger or smaller.

I wish I could say there was because I've been flat chested for years and still no luck of them growing. You have to work out what you would rather have, big boobs or be thin because the only thin women i know with big boobs have had surgery and unfortanatly this is the only answer although you could try some chest exercises to maximise your cleavage.
