Hey everybody. I'm 15/f. The problem is.. my legs are really skinny.. and i want calf muscle really bad! Does anybody have any good ways that they know of for sure that builds calf muscle? Also good for your butt? Thanks so much guys!

Hey girlie,

I got my legs and butt from cheerleading. Maybe you should get into some sport with using your legs. Volleyball might be good if you don't like cheerleading... or maybe gymanastics. But if you want to you could work out at home. You can buy one of those excercise balls, and do A LOT of leg excercises and a lot of other ones too. It comes with a piece of paper showing you how to do the excercises. I would explain but its kind of hard with over the internet :).

For your butt you could do squats, and walking lunges.

For some reason you sound like you are talking about me (the girl who you don't know whats wrong with her) and this sounds like my friend, jessie. This exact story happened to me the other day...But I'll answer your question anyway... :)

You never know what could be bothering her. Family Problems, Heartbroken, not fitting in. You never really know. Maybe if you ask her she'll get upset again because then she's going to cry all over again. Just lay off of her for a little while and cheer her up. Be your sweet self. Make her feel good. Then maybe you can ask her when you guys are alone together.

ok so i like this guy jake and he liked my friend Ashley. I would talk to him and tell him what she said about him and all. And basically Ashley hates Jake now because he lied to her about not going out with this other girl Brittney. I know that Ashley doesn't hate but she does really dislike him. but see i like Jake. And i really want to go out with him and flirt with him too. but if i go out with Jake then ashley is going to get mad and tell other people. That would ruin my rep. and maybe our friendship. That is a BIG problem that almost everyone deals with. Friendship or Love? I think that you should talk to Ashley and make sure its okay with her...even to flirt with him. If shes not okay with it, I'd back off on Jake for little while. If you decide to go and flirt with him and Ashley gets mad, she could be jealous instead of mad. Just be there for your friend, because guys come and go but a friendship is forever. Plus you have PLENTY of time to think about boys, hun. :)

I know that can get REALLY annoying! Just act like you don't care and ignore the comments. If you say something to show that it bothers you it's just gonna eg him on more because he knows it gets to you. You can say one thing but not as often when he makes a comment, "really?, wow!" and be all sarcastic or "Thats nice..." lol just be real plastic. Its funny to be sarcastic to guys...

14/F. I have to get orthodonic braces in a few weeks and I have a few questions about them. I will rate. Do they hurt? What will happen if I chew gum with them? What color bands would look good with brown hair and brown eyes? Thanks.

Hey hun,

I have braces and they stink BIG time. But don't let that ruin your life while having them because in the end you will have perfect straight teeth!
They do hurt for like the first 5 days but then after a week you are completly used to them.
You cannot really chew gum with them the first two weeks of having braces but after that you can chew all you want. But some of it will stick to your brackets but in like couple of months you'll chew gum differently in a way that it doesn't effect your braces. I love gum :)
Any color can go great no matter what hair or eye color you have. I have fun with my braces and get colors to match the holidays or seasons :)

i met this guy, lets call him chad, who was a friend of a friend. we went out for about two weeks and then broke up. lately hes been calling me telling me that he still likes me and stuff but he doesnt know if he wants to get back together. he makes me cry almost every night, but for some reason i still cant let it go. i want to be with him so badly. all of my friends keep telling me to just leave it alone, that hes a jerk and its not worth it... but i cant let it go. what should i do? should i tell him that i still like him or should i just forget about him?

Don't waste your breath on this dude! This guy from the details your telling me sounds like he's a bit of a jerk. Just try and meet someone new. It will get your mind off him completly. If you really want to wait for him it might be awhile. But in the meantime do your own thing! Don't hang around waiting for him to call you! :) Just hang with one of your guy friends...who knows, friendship could turn into love :)

If acting isn't your thing don't worry about it. It isn't for a lot of people. Just get out there and pretend no one is in the room. If you forget your lines or mess up just keep going. Just show to everyone you are not intimidated and show that you are confident :)

Hey guys I need your help. Ok well, at the end of the year I plan to have a rave. For those of you who don't know what a rave is, it's where alot of people come to one place and just have fun, it's basically like a big party. Any way I need your help on getting started with the rave. I want this to be the biggest party of the year. So I just basically need your help on getting started and knowing what are the important things to have at the rave. Thanx to everyone who answers this!!!

Thats awesome that you are having a Rave! What I think you should do is create a theme of your party (hawaiian, etc..) and invite all the people you are friends/aquainted with and on the invitation write, "Bring one or two of your own friends that haven't been invited." That way you have more people going! Around twice or three times as much! :) You should have games at your rave, spin the bottle (childish but fun should be optional.), seven minutes in heaven, limbo..i love that game lol, um, Twister is awesome. :) Now for your food. I think you should cater your food from your favorite restraunt and pick something that majority of the people you know like. Music: You should put a wide varity of it, Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, R & B, Pop. That way everyone loves what your playing

You know what I would get my bf? (if I had one) I would get him something that is personal to us. Like something that you call just "yours" like an insider, not necessarily a joke but something that is your thing with him. I would also get him a card saying how much he means to you. Getting gifts for best friends is awesome and soo thoughtful but quite easy. :)

Get something that symbolizes friendship. Like a friendship braclets for the three of you guys or necklace or anklebraclet. I have an anklebraclet with my best friend. You could also get her something that symbolizes one of your inside jokes with the two of them (make it clean, lol)

If you want to go ordinary, buy them clothes at their favorite stores. That is still a great gift :)

Hey hun,

My advice to you is to not do it your self because you need a really really thick needle (almost thick as a nail) to do it not just a pin, it hurts like a mofo and it can get infected. I would get it professionally done because they give you all the stuff you need to clean it. You can do it yourself but not with just a regular pin.

I know how you feel. Once you see your ex all the feelings start coming back...yep...I think you do still like him but it feels like you don't when you aren't around him but when you are all the memories and feelings start coming back. But ITS OK to be jealous, everyone gets jealous.
If you don't know why he dumped you, ASK HIM! Since you guys are friends and all it shouldn't be a problem.

If your pretty good friends with him so you probably know what kind of music he likes so you could burn him a cd with his favorite songs. i think thats an awesome gift, ya know, its not over duoing it or its not to little. I've been talking to this guy for the past month. We've gone to the movies and to some basketball games. I am really starting to like him and i think he likes me back. Well even though we have gone out together we havent really talked about being boyfriend and girlfriend. But anyways about the asking him part :), just be like what do you want for christmas or hannukah or w/e you celebrate and when he answeres be like "well I want you for christmas!" i think thats the cutest thing and thts how my boyfriend asked me out. It sounds like you guys have a strong foundation and the realtionship will work out perfectly even if you guys are going to different schools for 4 weeks :)

We have all been there before. Don't stress yourself over it. I think you hould wait until your friend is over your best guy friend and wait until some "new guy" comes along for her. Then you can tell her that you have feelings for your best guy friend. Then take what you want to do with your guy friend. You could flirt more and act more than a friend to him. And if he asks you whats up, tell him. And if you guys do go out make sure you guys promise each other that you won't do anything to hurt your friendship with him :)

I can tell when a guy likes me when he calls me 24-7. They also tease you too. Like my boyfriend, before we went out he'd always make fun of my laugh and call me a loser and stuff lol. Then they have a sweet side too and sometimes they are such good sweet talkers they make your day and for the rest of the day your smiling or giggling about how cute they are lol. You can usually tell when a guy really likes you but some of the boys today can hide it pretty good... ;)
