ok i am redecorating my room. i am 14 about to turn 15 and am a female. i was wondering what are some really cool teen room idea that will make my room look wild and funky but not tacky. i want something with 3 basic colors that match and not purple green and blue because i already have that. also if you know a website that i can look at to see pictures that will help to. thank you!

There are a bunch of rooms that they've already put together. Just look through the pictures, they have tons of different options.
And they can be a bit expensive, but even if you can't get anything from there, you can at least get the creative juices flowing and get some ideas!

A student of mine is very good at solving the rubic's cube, she takes only about 5 minutes to solve it.. the problem is that she is too selfish to teach us how to solve it.. and she refuses to spread the knowledge..
I don't know what advice you're asking for here, there's no actual question, but did you ever think of it this way: If she taught everyone how to do it, then it wouldn't be special anymore. That may be something that gets her a lot of attention, or a lot of people think it's cool or whatever, and if everyone knew how to do it, she wouldn't have anything that unique about her. So maybe she's not being selfish, she just wants to keep that unique quality about her that she can show off. There's nothing wrong with that =)
I just got a new ipod and i have a lot of songs in my itunes library from my old ipod. i want to put those songs on my new one. but i heard if i plug my new one in, it will erase all my songs. this is a used ipod off ebay if that means anything. so...#1, is that true, and #2 how can i keep this from happening?
Okay, you're asking plugging in your new ipod will erase the songs off of your itunes, right?
No that's not true. However, if you have a blank itunes, and you plug in a full ipod, it will erase the songs from your ipod. Even then, a window pops up and askes you if you want to sync your ipod to the library before it erases anything. So you should be okay.
ok well my friend spent the night with me and she told me she had cravings sometime to hump things. it kind of caught me offguard so i didnt really say anything. the like an hour later my dad let my dog in the house because my neighbors were outside, (and my dog doesnt like strangers) so i had to close my door so my dog didnt get out. so me and my friend and my dog were in my room with the door shut. ok like after about 10 min my other friend came to my house. so then we started playing truth or dare. my second friend dared my first friend to hump my dog. so my first friend got naked and started humpin my dog (gross) ok anyways, she flipped my dog on his back and started humping my dog, and then lickin his balls. (gross again) well after that was all over with, my friends dared me to do it, i didnt do it because i thought it was gross, but all i said was ill do it tonight, (because theyre coming over tonight.) well see ok, my first friend said it felt good and i mean the whole time she was doing it she was makin sounds and it sounded like she was having sex or soemthing. well crazy enough as it is im kind of curious to see how it feels, but i know its REALLY weird to hump ur own dog. so i am so confused and i dont know what to do.
Don't hump your dog. That poor thing. If you're curious, hump something else. Also, don't let your friends hump your dogs. Tell them to go hump something else as well, but to leave the poor pooch out of it. Don't ever let your friends pressure you into doing something you do not want to do, no matter what it is. If they make fun of you for not doing it, don't feel bad, because licking a dogs balls is the weird thing in this scenario, not you.

i got a question,
i read online that it could fall out while your sleeping and the hole will close up, so this one girl said it helps to put a little baindade over it so it wont fall out, but i was thinking that it could get an infection cause bacteria will be trapped and the area wont beable to breathe.
what do you guys think?

Well, I got mine done a few months ago. The nose ring that they gave me to start out with had a big curve on the inside of the nose. It was hard enought to take it out on purpose, and it was almost impossible for it to fall out overnight. They will probably give you a similar one. When you go in, don't hesitate to ask the people who are piercing you this question. That is what they are there for. You can even just call in to the piercing place, they will be able to answer all of your questions. Good Luck =)

Alright, Im going to the beach for a week. im going with all of my best freinds, and i want to take a lot of really really cute pictures.

I know we're going to do footprints in the sand, write our names, sunset pictures, stuff like that. I just want really super cute things we could do that would make good pics.

A cute picture would be of you wading in the water at sunset.
Another that would be cute is you and your friends to look at to the ocean, all holding hands, and get someone else to take a picture from behind.
You could also do one of you all laying in the sand, heads in a circle, and have someone take it from above.
You could also get one of you guys all laying out.
Once you get there and see the scenery, I'm sure you will get lots more ideas. Have fun =)
I'm talking about the home version game Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2. I know that it is a great way to exercise because you are definitely moving a lot. Now, on the workout program, you input your weight, dance to a song, and then they tell you about how many kCals you burned. Now, here is my question: If I eat popcorn and consume 200 calories, then go burn 200 kCals on DDR, did I burn off that popcorn? Now I know that its just an estimate but roughly, is that about correct? Or is kCal a different amount than Calories? I tried to look it up on google but I didn't understand anything.

"you had me at hello" or "you had me at first hello". I know it's a cheesy line that guy's use but I've always been wondering, what does it mean?
It's from the movie Jerry Maguire. In a nutshell, Jerry and Dorothy fall for each other. Dorothy gets mad at Jerry. Jerry comes in at the end of the movie and says this big long speech to win her back over. At the end of it she says "You had me at hello". Meaning, although he just walked in and said a bunch of romantic things to her, he had won her back over right when he walked in the room and said "hello".

While I think Jordin is certainly a better singer than Blake Lewis, I think Blake is a better all-around entertainer.

No, there are no consequences. And that is definitely a myth. Actually, if you wear your bra to bed, they will sag less, because they will be constantly supported. But yeah, wearing your bra or not is a personal choice, and it doesn't really matter either way. So do what you want =)

ok, i like this guy, lets call him Jim. and he likes my friend Cal, and she likes him back. My friend Connor told Jim this,"You know Abby[me] likes you." and Jim is like ya, i know. but i didnt know that he knew. Jim called me pretty and stuff but i dont know what to do bc now he knows that i like him, and now i cant talk to him. i see him all the time in the hall, after school for track, and at open gym every tuesday. So its really awkward bc now i just cant even talk to him as a friend. i dont know what to do. please help. SHould i talk to him? but if i do, hes not the kind of guy who is mushy and stuff so idk if thatll work. i know he doesnt want to go out with me, well, i dont know but i probably can guess. so what should i do? sorry its kinda long
Don't stop talking to him! Talk to him like you've always talked to him. Don't let things change between you guys. Since he said "Yeah I know", that means he knew before anyone told him. And by him calling you pretty and stuff, he's obviously not put off by the idea of you liking him. So why should things change now? Keep treating him like a friend. You don't want to avoid him because you never know what will happen with you two! Just treat him like you did before.

i was walking up the stairs today with some of my guy friends when one was like, "melissa(me) bryan's looking at your butt". guys say that stuff alot but for some reason this time i just got tongue-tied. do you think he was? what can i say back to that kind of stuff when guys say it to me? like what is something i can say jokingly? and any other input?
Yeah, he was looking at your butt. When that happens, and you want to say something funny back, just say something like, "Hey watch it back there. This time is free, but next time, I'm going to have to charge you". However, if you don't like this sort of attention, just give them a dirty look and say stop. They'll get the hint =)
so..i dont think i like my boyfriend anymore but he always says that he loves me and he would die if we werent together..ect...so should i break up with him? i've been hanging out with his friend a lot and we have kind of a conection but i cant like him because then my boyfriend would get really mad..what should i do?
If you are unhappy in the relationship, definitely end it! It's not fair to you to stay in a relationship that you don't see working out, and it's not fair to him to lead him on. The sooner you do it, the better. But definitely do it in person. And you might not want to date someone directly after you break up, because that might hurt your current boyfriend's feelings. Wait a little bit to become official with the other boy, out of respect.

I doubt it. You just have to take care of your hair. If possible, use a thermal protecting spray or serum before you straighten. They can be found really anywhere that sells hair products. Also, make sure your hair is dry before you straighten it, unless you have one that's made for wet hair. And don't hold the straightener on your hair for too long, that burns it. Just don't over do it, and you'll be fine.
Last year I straightened my hair almost everyday, and my hair is healthy. However, I take good care of it. So just be cautious.

What are some good ways to be cool in high school?? I was just wondering about this question for some time. I mean what does the word cool mean? And how do people identify it when they see it exactly? Its just been on my mind for some time. Does it mean acting bored and dont care what people say or think?
Honestly. Cool means different things to everyone. To some people, the cool kids are the ones that drive brand new cars, wear only the best designer clothes, jet off to the islands on the weekends. To some, cool kids are the kids that attend all of the local rock shows and wear heavy eyeliner. Some people think cool means being the star on the basketball team. It really just depends on who you are asking. Now, if you are asking me... I think the coolest people I know are those that honestly don't let what others think of them get in the way of their lives. The really confident ones. That is an admirable quality to have =)

So, it's getting to the age where basically everyone I know is getting involved with guys and things. But the only thing is, I'm basically the only one out of my friends that has never had a proper boyfriend. I do get crushes, but it seems like everyone I've liked recently likes someone else. And that someone else is usually this girl "Lucy" that everyone seems to fancy. I'm quite confident, but she's so much more than me and I think that's what the guys like about her because it's not like she's stunning and I'm freakishly ugly. What can I do to get guys drawn to me like she does?
I know just how you feel. You said she seems confident? That's what you should strive for. That's one thing that you can change about yourself. You have to realize that you cannot make guys like you. 14 is a rough age for everyone, and 14/15 year old guys aren't the smartest when it comes to girls. Right now, a lot of them don't know what they want in a girlfriend, and they just go for girls for shallow reasons. However, the right guy will come around, I promise. But you're not going to 'find' him. It'll just happen if you give it tim. Now, what you should do... Honestly, be yourself. I see too many girls change themselves to what they think guys want to see. Confidence, as I mentioned, is one thing you want on your side. Try to be outgoing. Sometimes when you're too shy, guys will find it too hard to talk to you and just give up and move on. Another thing. You have to stop comparing yourself to Lucy or any other girl. I know it's hard, every single girl in the world does it at times. But you will never be truly confident and love yourself if you don't set your own expectations for yourself. That is where it all starts.
