is it true that if girls wear a bra overnight, that overtime it will make your boobs sag? is this just a myth? are there any consequences if a girl actually wears her bra to bed every night?

No, there are no consequences. And that is definitely a myth. Actually, if you wear your bra to bed, they will sag less, because they will be constantly supported. But yeah, wearing your bra or not is a personal choice, and it doesn't really matter either way. So do what you want =)

no! wtf?! the whole POINT of bras is so that they PERK and GROW perky! -- well, some people say that it might cut off circulation a little, but honestly, just unhook your bra and leave it on incase your concious of your nipples popping out or something. so just keep it loose on the hooks (like if you keep it on the tightest one, move it to the last one, or next one). i do it... nothing's ever happened to my boobs! i just forget to take it off, and it's SO cold in the morningg to have to put on a new bra!

That's def. a myth. i've also heard that if you wear a bra that your boobs dont grow over night. which idk if thats true either.. but if your comfortable wearing one at night go for it, but otherwise i suggest not wearing one. especailly if you sleep in your own room
