My Bride's maids and I bought their dresses today. I fell in love with these dresses right when I saw them. I showed them to my father today and he said that he did not like them at all. I felt horrible once he told me because I like them so much. Now, I don't know whether to keep them or to get ones that my dad also likes. What do y'all think?

I was wondering how colleges work..like after high school, wat do you do? How do you search for colleges? How do you find information about them? How are the classes scheduled? How many hours do you do a day? After those 4 years of college, what do you get..a bachelor's degree? What's that? (As you can tell, I am totally clueless so I need some answers) What's grad school? What do you do after grad school? I need tons of info to fill up these many questions. Thanks

Ok, lemme take this step by step

-After high school, you graduate and go to college.

-There are books or www.collegeboard.com

-That depends on the college. Many classes are a few hours long, and you do a couple of those a day, along with a job if you need to support yourself.

-Again, depends on the college...and what your major is and what your classes are.

-Yes, a bachelor's degree, either a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a Bachelor of Science (BS). This degree tells future employers that you completed 4 (or more. Most majors require more than 4 years because of the multitude of work.) years in your field, which is referred to as a major. So if you are asked what your major is, it's what you took the most classes in, I think.

-Grad or Graduate school is for obtaining higher degrees like a Master's degree (requires like 5 more years of school) or a doctorate/PhD. A doctorate requires like 10 extra years in addition to your bachelor's degree. If you are in college without a bachelor's degree, you are an undergraduate. If you have your bachelor's degree, you are a graduate, I think. Grad school is optional. After you get your bachelor's degree, you can work, after you get your master's you can work (most likely with higher pay) and after your doctorate, you can work (not necessarily as aa medical doctor. I know a Dr. Heslop, who has his doctorate in government.)

-After graduate school, you can work, or get more master's degrees and doctorates. Have fun!!!!

Does anyone know how to interpret dreams or w/e?
(Sorry it is so long, but it is interesting) Well, if you think you can help here it is:

I was in a car with a few eighth graders I knew pretty well (this is probably because I was in a play with them last night) One of the eighth grders was driving (kelsey) and so we went riding around for a while. I can't clearly remeber where we stopped, but I know we stopped somewhere. I got out, and came back in. While I was trying to buckle my seatbelt, Kelsey was buckling hers as well (she was still driving) and the car started to slide down a hill that broke off into a cliff. At the bottom was a shallow river. We tried the brakes but they didnt work in time. The car slid down and landed in the river. None of us were hurt. It was actually kind of thrilling.
So we get out of the car as it begins to float down the river (at this point in the dream it is more like a van) It stops at one point (again I can't remeber) and we get out on this dock-barge thing. We enter what appears to be a big mall. At the enterance it has stores, all with perfect before their name(example: Perfect Fine Jewlery)
We were walking through and stuff and then the next part I remeber is that there were none of our parents there and we were sort of releaved. Then my friend Liz (who hadn't been in the car before) was there and she met this really nice guy. They were PERFECT for each other. Then I met this guy, and so both she and I were going out with them.The funny thing was, that "mall"
was actually the whole town. It was all indoors. Then my chorus teacher (who had directed the play) was there and said we needed to find a way to get home. We stayed a few weeks because we couldn't bare to leave everyone that we had become friends with. Then we left (I forget how we got home-I think I woke up then)but not before Liz and I each kissed outr "men" and said the sad goodbyes.

I know. Weird, right? I also write ( I won this kids in print contest before and have also writeen many plays) and was wondering if this would make a good story if I substitute some names and (obviously go more in depth and come up with a better theme) I WILL RATE 5'S FOR ANYONE WHO ANSWERS!!!

They have books to interpret dreams. Takes awhile though. It'd be a weird story, but why not write it as a play and decide then?

I absolutely love to make things.

Soap is fun. You can google melt-and-mold soap...they sell all the materials at Michael's or Village Crafts. Candle making is cool as well.Card making is practical, and can show off your creativity.

Car washes, lemonade stands, and other moneymakers rock my socks as well. You could also make a solar cooker and have a bbq!!!!

I know this is long but please don't skip it. Ok, me and my boyfriend have been going out for 3 years and we've known each other for 4. I just had a baby by him. He's willing to help and he's been trying but the problem is my parents. They are extremely religious and they said that he could have nothing to do with the baby. I was 16 at the time I got pregnant and he was 20. I am now almost 18 and he's 23. My parents said that if he got involved at all with Christian, our son, then they would have him arrested for rape. They said that the only way he can get involved is if he comes and asks for "my hand in marriage" We're not in love though and it's not right to marry someone just because your parents want you to. We know that we made a mistake but we are trying to be responsible about it. But my parents are making it difficult. My father is always at work and my mom is sick now so things are tough around here. I wanted to call my bf and see if he could take christian until things got better or maybe we could work something out but my dad flipped out and said that if i did he would have him arrested. They also took my keys and I had to listen to a lecture about jesus to get them back. They said that they would rather put Christian up for adoption than have him go to his father. My question is can my bf get arrested for rape even though it was a while ago and I dont' want him to be? And also if they put him up for adoption wouldn't his father get rights to him anyways?

yesterday i was working on a project for chool outside adn a bug bit/stung teh bottom of my foot. i thought it was just a bee, but when i saw it, it looked like a big yellow fly. i know its not a horsefly. WHAT IS IT?!?! im allergic to bees, so i wasnt worried when it got swollen, but now its red and swollena dn i cant walk on it. what should i do. i already took some benadryl(sp?) thanks in advance!

If you're allergic to bees, you can die if you don't get treated. You could have goten stung by a wasp or hornet.

When i was seven years old my mom [lets call her tina] and her friend [lets call her jenn]went away and i was left with *jenns daughter shauna at *jenns sisters house [lets call her jamie] well *jamie has a son john who was 14 at the time. Shauna was asleep and john had his friend jeff over, also 15. john made me do it with him and go to third with him and he said if i didnt then he would kill me.. is this rape? i am asking this years later because it still bothers me=/

there is a school swimming party that is coming up, the time that i have my period!! and it will only be the 2nd time that i have had it, but can someone give me advice on what to do when you have to swim, but you dont know how to use a tampon?? can you just use a thin pad? i will rate! and its coming up real soon! thanks to much!

Pads don't work. You need a tampon and 2 change it regularly!
