I recommend looking one up in the phonebook.

well im sure you dont need a number anymore.. looks like plenty of people have left those.. but i just wanted to let you know that your an excellent friend for caring so much about your friend. he is most likely only alive because of you. i have a friend similar to yours.. she is always talking about sucide and it gets scary. you just have to remain strong and continue to be there for him. no matter how irritated you get in the end it'll all pay off.. sorry if this got a little off topic...
lots of love
Briana

lets see sometimes it depends on where you live but here is a national suicide prevention hotline. 1 800 621 4000. You can also try the youth crisis hotline. 1 800 422 009. and theres the National HOpeline network. 1800 SUICIDE or 1800 784 2433. For something local try the phonebook. And be there for your friend.

Forget the hotline, your friend really needs help. Make sure you let his parents know immediately, before it is too late.

ther are a bunch of non profit organizations you can call, i don't know where you live, so try to find one in the phone book, they're easy to spot. they always reccomend that you be supportive(try to lift his spirirts) to the subject, so try and brighten up his day tomorrow with something funny or exciting. and keep close tabs on his activities, make sure he doesn't have the time to get supplies, etc.

Try to save your friend. Talk to him and inspire him by anything you say to him. If he'll commit suicide then I think you'll regret why you didn't save him. I think there's no suicide hotline. Lol. Even so, hope I helped!
