bee or weird animal....
yesterday i was working on a project for chool outside adn a bug bit/stung teh bottom of my foot. i thought it was just a bee, but when i saw it, it looked like a big yellow fly. i know its not a horsefly. WHAT IS IT?!?! im allergic to bees, so i wasnt worried when it got swollen, but now its red and swollena dn i cant walk on it. what should i do. i already took some benadryl(sp?) thanks in advance!

It was probably an insect that is called a "yellow jacket" (probably slang, I don't know it's real name). But I suggest seeing a doctor if the swelling doesn't go down.

If you're allergic to bees, you can die if you don't get treated. You could have goten stung by a wasp or hornet.

I think it'd probably be best to go to the doctor, but meanwhile, put ice on it to keep the swelling down, and keep it elevated (if youre laying down, stack some pillows under it). but yeah, just in case you should probably plan to go to the doctor..you don't want it to get infected!

It was probablly a wasp and you need to go to the doctor for that because if you are allergic to them you could end up going to the hospital. Make sure you keep ice on your foot and the swelling will go down a little. X0`
