should i give this guy a chance?
this guy has liked me for practically two years now, but hes so shy and he never did anything except tell me he liked me. well now we've got this big dance coming up and i think hes gonna ask me. the only thing is that he is kinda weird and listens to all those really sick songs by sublime..no offense to the fans out there..but he is still really cute and mysterious..and really nice..do you think i should give him a chance? i rate...

Go ahead and give him a chance unless it's his personality that's lacking. If he's mean to you or if his personality (don't confuse it with his interests!) is strange, lacking, or weird, though I don't think it's that way because you said he's nice! You want to go out with someone because
1. They like you back (check)
2. You like him back (check)
It's going to work out and if he doesn't ask you, you should probably ask him.

I think so. Just give him a chance. It sounds like you might like him a little at the same time. I think if he ask you, you should definetly go with him. Besides the music he likes, judge him as the person and how he acts with you. And try to see through his shyness. I hope I helped!!!

Yes, I do think you should give this guy a chance. He seems nice. You know that old saying, Don't Judge a candy bar by it's wrapper. Lol. Just because he listens to music you don't like, doesn't mean he's not a great guy! Give him a chance, because if you don't like him, nobody's forcing you to stay with him!

sure why not? you say hes nice and cute. just give him a change, its only 1 dance and if you dont have a good time, you're friends will be there too. so its not like you're alone with him eather. its a group thing.from my experience (and me being one) the quietest/shy people are the ones with the most to say. maybe he'll open up to you so he wont be so mysterious anymore. but its your choice. hope i helped.

Sure. Never judge someone by what they look like OR what music they listen to. Judge by what they say and do. If he seems a nice guy then give him a chance. He may surprise you! :)
