how do you create smokey eyes? like what is the proper technique/ (link)

hi! well, i remember answering this question before, so here is what i say:
does anyone know how to make really good smokey eyes like how they have it in the magazines and stuff?
It's not too hard. Usually with smokey eyes, darker, sexier colors are used, or combinations of light and dark browns.
here are some makeup tips. (for smokey eyes follow all eyeshadow techniques, using browns/darker eyeshadows.
*put a dot of light eyeshadow on the edge of your eye (closest to the nose) this will make your eyes look rounder and bigger!
*take a dark brown or smoky color, and basically trace the line where your eyeball ends (in between the center of your eyelid and your eyebrow--the crease) when done correctly, your eyes will really be brought out. be sure that you don't do this too high up though!
*dont just stick with plain old black and brown eyeliner. try a fun, flirty color (turquoise, teal, neon/bright/shocking blues work really well!) and put just little marks underneath your eyes. this look is more fun, summery, etc.
*[For smokey eyes], I recommend dark browns, blacks, and even dark navy blue eyeliner!
*try blending--pick a color. get a darker shade and apply on eyelids. then, in center of eyelids, draw a line with a lighter shade. use a soft brush to blend the edges where these two shades meet together. ((this can also be done vice versa--lighter shade as base, darker on top))

I've heard that Crest Whitening Strips aren't fully effective right away, so if I were you, I would just brush my teeth after you eat everyday this week, floss, and use Listerine mouthwash (I know it's spicy, but try to handle it)! Also, put a litttle bit of Baking Soda on your toothbrush (with your toothpaste on too) and brush away! It tastes horrible, but works well! Your teeth should be sparkling for school next week!

Over the summer I've lost like 10 pounds. But my arms are like fat and it really bugs me. I lift weights once and a while (10lbs,my parents won't get anything more). What are some other excersices and stuff I can do to make them smaller? Thanks in advance. i'll rate (link)

Try lifting weights more often, and try to lift them different ways (over your head, out to your side, in front of you, regular)
Also try doing pushups!

all my friends ditched me today.... i hate it.... im so mad at them cuz i planed a trip to the mall and everything and no one is calling me and they are saying they going somewhere else! and i called one of them and their dad picked up and he said so you and emma fiona max and kyle are going to the movies? and i said well no one is talking to me. so then he gave to phone to emma and she was like i dont wanna go with you and hung up. and the same sort of thing happened with everyone. i hate them all (link)

I'm so sorry!! Okay so first of all think about lately; has anyone been acting weird to you? And honestly, has your behavior been reasonable? Why not approach the person you are closest to in the group, and ask them if they can at least tell you what you did wrong so you can try to fix it? If they refuse, tell them you are extremely sorry for whatever you did wrong (even if you feel you haven't done anything wrong) and that you hope you really aren't losing your best friends. The Clearasil Ultra Daily Cleansing Pads work very well, and they aren't expensive either! You just wipe of your face with them. When I used them, I felt totally refreshed! I haven't tried the face wash, but my friend has it and she said it worked really well! Good Luck, and I hope I helped!

K..I would make it a point to her that you have no interest in him in the way she thinks you do. But, that's probably not all she wants to hear. Tell her that he doesn't have any interest in you that way either. Tell her that you just wanted to hang out with a FRIEND, and if it would make her feel more comfortable, she can drive you there and meet him. Be firm and remind her that you are a responsible young lady who makes good, not stupid choices. If worse comes to worse, suggest to her that you hang out with him AND some other friends somewhere else. Good Luck! Hope I helped!

Personally, I think 1-2 inch binders would work a ton better. Folders aren't as durable as binders, so binders will last a heck of a lot longer! I think binders are just easier to deal with!

just tonight my stomach started to get all weird and stuff. i almost feel like i'm like 9 months pregnant and the baby is doing a gymnastics routine inside my stomach and then it'll stop and i'll get these cramps that make me hunch over they're so bad. i haven't gotten my period yet and was just wondering if these were menstrual cramps or just a bad stomach ache?

It's hard to say if they're pre-menstrual cramps or just stomachache cramps, but in my opinion it could be either one. If you feel bloated, drink water. Have your mom "listen" to your stomach and ask her if it's making a lot of noise. If she can hear it, then I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a really bad stomachache. However, if you happen to notice a sticky whiteish discharge in your underwear, then they're probably pre-menstrual cramps!
You be the judge..if you think it's a stomachache take some Motrin or pain killer.
If you think it's pre menstrual cramps you can take either Motrin or Teen Midol. Talk to your mom and see which one she thinks you should take.

K well just regular foundation isn't gonna cover up blushing..but I think if you put on bronzer all over your face, then apply a cream blush in a bright peachy pink to your cheeks and rub it in upwards, this will give your cheeks that natural "rosy look". This might cover up blushing a bit. But, also, if you're embarassed, I've learned not to make a big deal about it, because if you don't make a big deal out of something, no one else should. So, next time you feel like you want to melt away so no one can see you blushing, put on a big genuine smile and laugh away your embarassment! (Works for me)! That way, let's say people are laughing at you, you've changed that! They're now laughing WITH you! K good luck!
