ok, my school is starting in about a week, and i jus got my braces off. how do i make them look sparkly white in just 5 full days straight? i want them to look as white as they can get. please help me? how can I do it, wut are sum ways? thank-you<33

theres this stuff called ionic white its this thing that glows up and you put it in your mouth for 2 minutes and ten minutes later your sposta get really really white teeth, they might sell it at walgreens, its about 20,30 dollars! Tell me how the whitening deal goes, also brush with whening toothpaste it should help!!

I've heard that Crest Whitening Strips aren't fully effective right away, so if I were you, I would just brush my teeth after you eat everyday this week, floss, and use Listerine mouthwash (I know it's spicy, but try to handle it)! Also, put a litttle bit of Baking Soda on your toothbrush (with your toothpaste on too) and brush away! It tastes horrible, but works well! Your teeth should be sparkling for school next week!

I've used Crest Whitening strips and they work good. Get the premium ones. It only takes a week whereas the regular ones take 2 weeks. And you just put the strips on twice a day, for 7 days. Good luck!

Brush your teeth with some "WHITE" stuff and some "Brightens teeth fast" stuff..the good advertising. and brush ur teeth after EVERYTHING you eat. ;-)

i would say dont waste your money on like crest whitestips or anythng of that sort.. because i have them.. and they take MUCH longer then 5 days to work & show results.. well you CAN buy them & use them daily or whatever.. but results will take longer than 5 days.. i wuold say just brush your teeth after every single meal & after everytime you eat anything.. *courtney*

i would suggest buying a kit that whitens your teeth in 7 days. Crest has a kit out but i forget what its called. Or if you cant afford that or dont want to try it but a good brand of toothpaste that is shown to whiten your teeth and brush 3 times a day or after everything you eat. Hope i helped <3 Amanda

Home kits aren't very effective, and take a while to give any result; five days won't be enough to make much of a difference.
If you (or you parents) have the money, go to your dentist for professional whitening. That's by far the most effective and quick method. It's not terribly cheap, though.
If you can't do that, you can try the home kits...but don't be disappointed if they don't do much. In any case, brush thoroughly after every meal, using a flouride toothpaste (one with baking soda would be particularly good), and floss at least once a day. Try to avoid caffinated drinks like Coke, Pepsi, and coffee; they can stain your teeth a little.
Good luck! And try not to worry. People don't really pay a lot of attention to other people's teeth, unless they're missing or broken.
