Does anyone hve any good ideas of a job for 17 year old? I dnt rly want fast food cuz I've ben working at fast food for a year n half now. Any suggestions?
Go to your local Texas Roadhouse! It was my first job and I had it for 2 years. I got it when I was 16 and I became a hostess. The environment is EXCELLENT for a first-job. Boys will most likely be busboys and girls will most likely be hostesses. OF course not the top of the foodchain, but you can work ur way up! I was 16 as a hostess, and am now 19 as a server! Maybe when I turn 21 I'll look into bartending there! Great job to have while in school! :)

Okay so me and my boyfriend have decided to start having sex. I'm only fifteen and me and him arent even allowed in my room so my mom deffinitly cant know. At the health dep. here if youre under eighteen they will give you free birth control. But my mom might know because i always start the day after her. Can I start taking birth control at a certain day so it will still be the same?
I started birth control about a year and and a half ago when I was 16. So I can relate :) Although my mother and father were supportive of my decisions and it was actually THEIR idea first.. things were a little easier. Haha
You normally start your first pack of birth control the first sunday after you start your period.
Keeping things from your mom isn't a good quality, but I understand where your coming from because my friend who is sexually active was afraid to ask her mom for birth control.
When you are young your periods change. Telling her you started a different day won't be odd, the young body changes and you don't always have periods the same time every month.
But, if you have any concerns about the actual day of your period(which you shouldn't because your body is young and changing) just ask someone at the health dept.

im 16/f. does anyone know a good place to find a small top hat, or a normal top hat? i really need one to go with my costume, and ive been looking at tuxedo stores and no one really has any, and if they do they are super expensive. i would love love love to have a smaller top hat to go on more of the side of my head, but i could deal with a normal size top hat. pleaseee help i need it before friday! thanks in advance
You can actually find top hats in holloween express, spirit holloween, etc. All kinds of shops like that. And they aren't that expensive either :)

What you and your partner do after sexual intercourse definatly depends on the relationship you two share.
An actual relationship with someone you are close with and feel passion being passionate with, you would normally cuddle and just lay with each other.
One night stand? I've never really had a one night stand including sexual intercourse, but I have hooked up with someone for just one night. Normally afterwards, I try to keep the mood positive. Don't be awkward, just joke around or keep conversation, etc.
The first time after you have sex you may be a little sore. After that, you still feel a little bit sore but normally not as much..

i normally get my bookbags at parrot canvas. i got a new one this year because highschool and everything you need a big stylish bookbag. and even though it was about $67 its worth it because there is a warrentee AND mines lasted me a very long time. the new one i got will probably last me till 12 grade. i mean, i know your mom wont wanna buy you at $67 dollar bookbag but $67 one year for mostly ALL your years of school[its a great bookbag] is better than buying a $30 bookbag EVERY SINGLE YEAR...it adds up to way more than just buying a simple parrot canvas one :] they're super cute and you can get your initials on them or whatever you want in diff. styles and colors and such. a good idea is getting a dark navy blue one with your initials in pink. or a red one. those are always cute girl

Im going swimming tomorrow and I just got my period! I really want to go because I made plans with guys & stuff..but Ive tried putting a tampon in and it hurts me really bad. Any advice on how to make it hurt less or how to put it in right?? ANY advice is appreciated.
just bit your lip and push the aplicator in. the first time it is painful? but it gets easier to do. push the aplicator in and then just take it out and your good. it feels really weird and you can kinda feel it in there but make SURE that you get it in all the way because some can fall out or hurt if you sit down and it's not in all the way. taking it out may feel a little weird but it may be worth it for the boyyyy :) have fun.

I'm sixteen years old, I finally have a boyfriend. lol. We've been together for two & a half weeks. My mom doesn't know about him yet. I really need some help. I don’t get on with my dad at all. I hate him. I haven’t spoke to him for over 3 months despite the fact we live in the same house.
Ever since I was little I have always had arguments with my dad and now this time I have just decided to completely ignore him.
When i was younger he could never just tell me off. He had to pin me down on the floor and scream in my face. And most of the time he was telling me off for stuff I hadn’t even done!
He always blames me for every thing. I have 3 other brothers and sisters but not matter what has happened it was my fault and he still is like that. I get blamed for everything, no mater who's done it or what they have done.
But recently when ever he started a fight with me I decided to stop him, n' fight back. And now that I’m older (15) I tend to win, and do more damage then I intend to do. Once or twice he threatened he was going to hospital but he cant drive and I don’t think there was ever anything wrong with him, just trying to scare me. I hate getting into fights with him. The way I see it is that if I just ignore him and don’t talk to him then I cant get angry with him.
I was doing fine and I was quite happy not talking 2 him and just getting by without him. But now he’s gone and got some advice from some where - the doctors I think, and they have told him to phone the school and to get a teacher or something to take me into a room and to sit down with ma dad n talk about it. I really don’t want to have to do this but at the same time I really don’t feel I can talk to my dad.
My mum is on my side and she has told he not to do that, but I know what a twat he can be and I’m worried that he will. I really don’t think I can talk to him. I have just leant to hate him n I don’t think I could talk to him; I really don’t want to talk to him. I know that I will have to talk to him sooner or later but I just don’t feel I can.
My mums already told him that if he does go ahead with his plan and go into school that he has lost me for life. And I probably wont talk to him for a very long time if he does go into school.
I get along really well with my mum and she is part of the reason I don’t get along with my dad. She is always complying about him, she knows that he is annoying and childish, she say that all the time. She says how she can understand why I hate him so much. I’m not sure what she understands but I’m pretty sure she doest realize that I’m still upset about how he used to treat me as a child.
I’m worried for my mum. I know it’s probably just a silly little thing but I really don’t think she knows exactly what he is like. My dad is an absolute TWAT when she is at home but he is even worse when she is out. It was worse when I was little but he still is bad. I think that he is two faced; he is like to completely different people when she’s around. I realty cannot understand why my mum still likes him.
I really don’t know what to do. Do I just carry on ignoring him and avoiding him and hope he doesn’t go into school. Or do I try and say something to him, which I really don’t feel like I can do, I’m quite a shy person anyway and I don’t think I could talk to him. I know if I tried to explain why I hate him he wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence with out butting in and objecting to what I say, Then he will go off in a sulk and things will be even worse. I Know that is exactly what he will do, he is like that and it is what he always does, ALL THE TIME. Maybe if I did sit in a room in school with other people he might not but in. But I really really do not want that to happen. I think it would be much easier for us to agree not to get along and stay out of each others ways but now he’s going to mess all of that up if he does go into school, ill be forced into talking to him and I know that it will only make things worse. What can I do?
Talk to him. I know it seems weird but some things you just have to tell parents, good or bad. Sometimes i argue w/ my mom, but personally I'm a daddys girl. I look at him sometimes for over 2 minutes just thinking about how much I love him. He's done soo much for me, and I look at him and think how he's grown me up and when he leaves this earth -He wont have to worry, because what hes taught me- You should really talk to your dad, most of me and my friends are daddy's girls, and It's because simply dads are a girls bestfriend sometimes. Talk to your dad about nething, how he embarrasses you, yells at you. If you haven't talked to him in a long time it'll definatly do Ya'll good.
