Q: Recently I've been caring ALOT about what I eat, and after I eat I feel guilty. Could I be anarexic? I still eat good, and dont thik i could ever stop eating, but I just... feel fat. I weigh at the moment 85 lbs, and everyone tells me Im really skinny (which makes it hard to talk to anyone), but for some reason when I look in a mirror I feel like my gut is huge. whats going on?!?

ok it seems you are well on your way to becoming anorexic.....85 pounds is not a lot at all...and there are always those times where girls feel like there fat and stuff but you need to understand its just a state of mind.......you need to tell yourself your not fat and your perfect just the way you are. and i once sliped into the stage of being anorexix and i look s0o0o...disgusting.....just to see my bones was a nightmare because i knew that there was something wrong with me i just dont want anyone to have to slip into that ....s0o0o i hope i helped and i hope you come to your senses

well there are two things that could be going on he could be denieing that fact that he likes you and just didnt want to say....OR....he just wanted to lead you on....boyz tend to do that.... i dislike that.....and yeah i hope i helped......byezza

ok im not going to be like the other people who tell you its ewwwwwwww but you should take a test and if you are then you could get rid of it or you could keep it ....but if he forced you into doing it that is rape and that is not funn thing to go through and its hard to deal with...if you did it willingly it is still rape and sry if i didnt help but hunny you need to tell someone about it...tell a close friends a mom a adult you trust....and i wish you the best of luck

Q: i have been cutting since 5th grade, im going into 9th now. I don't want to stop because i love the way it feels, and its the only thing that helps me to forget the things i dont want to have to remember anymore. Ive tried stopping before but i physically can not do it. Im so attached to it. But, i cant get caught anymore, and i hate the scars i have all over my body. can anyone help me..?

ok to be honest i did that too but i didnt cut with a razor me and my "freinds" called it carving we would take ne thing sharp and carve whatever we want in to oour arms and backs and legs and it would look like a huge red mark soo i would just keep doing it and doing it untill it started to bleeda dn soo i got help from one of my freinds who didnt "carve" or cut she said to just replace it with a hair tie ok a rubberband so now whenever i get a feeling i want to cut or carve i just snap a rubberband on my wrist i kow that may not sound very healthy but it is a hell of a lot better than having scars and shyt so i hope i helped

Q: okayy. well im 13/f and im about 5.4 - 5.5 and i weigh 115 - 118 and i think im really really fat! i can hardly fit in my jeans with are a size 1 and im very mad. mostly beacuse i think my legs are the problem.. can anyone help me at all?! i will rate 5's for good advice! thanks!

ok i am size 5 in jeans like i can fit in a size like 3 but there a lil tight and your not fat and iff your not happy about how your legs are then do some thing to help prevent that eat healthy and exercise often which i should do*lol* but your not fatt at all and you shouldnt think that way its ok do grow out of size one its not that bad your growing and getting older its normal but if you dont like it then do what i said

Q: My older sister is 17 (Im about to turn 14 in a few days) and today I was hanging out with her in her room while she was looking through her drawers for a pair of shorts. I saw something that looked like a condom wrapper but she covered it up so quickly, i thought i must have seen it wrong because my sister told me shes a virgin. Well, when she left the house, I snooped & turns out .. it was condoms, a few of them. And about 3 were un opened. Im MAD. She lied to me. Q: (13//f) ok well i have had my period before and yesterday i got it and i was bleeding like a ton. usually when i first get it, i only bleed a little and it is dark brown. but yesterday it was blood and a lot of it! and i ran out of pads so i put a tampon in and when i went to the bathroom an hour later there wsas blood all over my pantilyner ( i always wear them when i wear a tompon) so i took the tampon out and i didnt even have to like pull! it was sooo full of blood! is this normal? i know that it could have been my heavy day but normally they arent that bloody! and now it is just as bloody as yesterday!...is this normal??

ok i have had mine for about 2 years and i have had those kind of days i think it is normal but i only had it for like a day but if it continues then go to the docters i know that may seem awakward but it may give you a idea about what is happening soo if it stops its ok
