fat?! okayy. well im 13/f and im about 5.4 - 5.5 and i weigh 115 - 118 and i think im really really fat! i can hardly fit in my jeans with are a size 1 and im very mad. mostly beacuse i think my legs are the problem.. can anyone help me at all?! i will rate 5's for good advice! thanks!

ok i am size 5 in jeans like i can fit in a size like 3 but there a lil tight and your not fat and iff your not happy about how your legs are then do some thing to help prevent that eat healthy and exercise often which i should do*lol* but your not fatt at all and you shouldnt think that way its ok do grow out of size one its not that bad your growing and getting older its normal but if you dont like it then do what i said

I think you are fine! Size one is really small. But if you want to tone your legs and get in shape, try running, jogging, sprinting, jumping, swimming, and bike riding and do things like leg squats, leg lifts, and lunges. Seventeen Magazine usually has leg exercises.

Alright, this is going to sound REALLY mean but please, shut the hell up. You aren't fat. And don't tell me otherwise. A girl that is your height and your weight CAN'T fit into a size 1 jeans!!! You are at least a 2 or a 3. I am 5'3" almost 5'4" I weigh LESS than you. I'm a size 2 or 3 in pants. A size one is REALLY small!!! You aren't fat, so get over it. You should just try to get a size bigger in pants. ]
okay first off you are not fat att all!!!!!!!!!! size 1..ha i was that when i was like 2, your so lucky but if your not happy with your legs do lungees
day 1-10 lunges
day2-20 lunges
day 3-30 lunges
etc..
(im assuming you no what a lunge is but if not:
take your right or left leg and put it behind you bent and step forward with the other leg bending and switch)
also walking helps improove your legs....
and 115-120 is what an average 13/f should weigh... ]
