i know this guy adam and hes absolutly gorgeous! but hes a jock, and im just one of those people that is like bff's with everyone you know? but hes the kind of jock that will only like girls who are blond, and i have pitch black hair! and he likes cheerleaders and he talkes to me sometimes, but thats only if i go and talk to someone who is near him you know? and he just talks to me about random stuff like " whats on your phone" i know he dosent like me cause hes always flirting with this other girl. but today, i saw him looking at my a couple times, but he may have just been looking at something behind me or something else close to me.
i dont even know what im asking lol. im so sorry. i just dont know what to do about this, cause i really like him. but i need to know how to get him to notice me more, and how to get him to like me a little bit.
It's hard to tell if he's flirting with that other girl because he likes the other girl OR if he's trying to make you jealous. Just start flirting with him a lot, too. Joke around with him, smile at him, make him laugh. Make it clear to him that there could be something going on between you and that you're interested. If he sees that you might have a thing for him and he goes for it, then you might start something.
But if it doesn't work, just understand that it's okay and don't turn into the girls he likes. I'm sure he doesn't have a favorite type of girl because of their hair color. If that's true then he's shallow and it's just a waste of time.

k so my homecoming is less than a month away. october 14. so i've been thinking about it a lottt lately. should i even go if i don't have a date? i get a free ticket because i'm in student council but i don't know if i should go. and if i do go when should i start trying to find a dress? like soon? and what kind of dress?
You should definitely go. I actually prefer to go dateless because Homecoming, to me, is all about having a good night and having a date will tie you down and restrict you to only dancing with him. I find it more fun to dance with a lot of different people so I always turn guys down when they ask me. It doesn't seem like much of a point to guy with a date, anyway, unless it's your boyfriend. In the middle of the night, you get sick of dancing with them and you want to move to a different person so basically, a date is just a guy you match clothing colors with and take a couple pictures with. Not that great.
You really need to get a dress soon. Everytime I procrastinate and get it last minute, the good dresses are always gone, my size isn't left, and the lines are way too long. Homecoming dresses are generally short. People don't go all out like they do for prom so the dresses aren't huge and long. They definitely shouldn't be long because you'll be up and dancing the whole time and everyone will stop on your dress. Don't look too overdone, either. It's just a waste of time but you still have to look cute! :]

ok i am kevin burkett i am 13 years old me and my gf have been going out for 1 year and a half.
she has these two friends and they are guys they both like her and recently she told me she liked one of them but she still loved me and it took me a while to get over it cause this is not the first serious thing that has happend. and i am trying to get them to stop talking she want stop i have asked her multible times and she want give them up. she said they are her friends and that that she is not going to stop talking to them.
do you think that it is wrong for me to try to get her to stop talking to them?
You have a right to feel overprotective and threatened by those boys but you should never try to control her. At first, she might think it's cute that you care so much about her but your jealousy will just annoy her and make her mad and she'll feel like you're suffocating and controlling her. Just as long as she's not being overly flirtatious and treating them as friends then you shouldn't keep her away from them. If she's being too flirty and leading them on or suspicious, then tell her that and ask her if she would want you to do that to anyone else. Other than that, you need to trust her.
Ok if someone saved there number onto your phone would they expect you to call them? What if the person didn't have your number but only gave you his? Would you still call? Or is that sounding desperate ?
If the person seemed interested like he wanted you to call, you should definitely call. He might want to talk to you but there's no way of reaching you because he doesn't have your number. But it's pretty tricky to know when to call because you don't want to be too late that you'll lose your chances of getting to know him and you don't want to be too soon. You want to make it casual like you weren't thinking about calling him the whole time. So i would say, yes to calling within two weeks. Hope i helped! :]

At my Homecoming, everyone goes crazy when they randomly switch from hip hop to techno. All techno songs have really good beats and it's hard to keep yourself from moving and jumping around. I really like Cascada, especially the song "Bad Boy". DHT also does good songs and Kelly Llorena is also good. Basically anything techno because it's easy to dance to. I suggest remixes to old songs, too.

It's normal to feel that way when you reach that age. Afterall, that's when puberty kicks in and hormones go crazy. I really don't think it's wise to do it yet, especially with an older guy and especially a guy you're not dating. You'll end up regretting it later on and he'll use you and ruin your reputation. Thirteen isn't young enough to think about it but it's really young-wayyy too young-to do it. Don't act on your impulses and just wait it out. Eventually, when you're older, you'll find a guy you can lose your virginity to and hopefully not a random guy. But for now, it's a very bad idea, and not to mention illegal, to do it so young. Stick to kissing till the time comes! :]
hey! =) well lately its been REALLY hot and HUMID and i love straigtening my hair ..i think i look a lot prettier when its straightened and i have more confidence i know sounds kinda weird but whatever. but tomorrow or the next day im probably gonna see this adorable guy and i wanna look cute! lol im gonna be wearing cute clothes but then what about my hair? i cant srunch it and leave it down it doesnt work..i would have to srunch it then put it up in like a bun but i just think i look different and not as pretty. but if its gonna be humid and i straighten it then it might get all frizzy and like unstraightened a little bit! but maybe not? i just dont know! cuz even if im outside for a little bit then it gets weird when straightened but i want to wear it like that! gahh what do you guys think i should do..curling it doesnt work either!! =( i know the guy shouldnt care but i just have more confidence when i "feel pretty"

I think anti-frizz cream would work for you.I have the same problem and Dove Intense Frizz Control worked for me. It's cheap and you can buy them at any drugstore. If it still looks a big, you should just try to do a different style such as a side ponytail, braids, etc. Hope I helped =]

So what's the deal with diet coke? It's zero calories and no fat, and only 1% sodium of the daily amount. Other than the caffiene, is there something else in it that's not good for you?
Diet coke and any other soft drink have no nutritional value at all. They all dehydrate you, too. Another thing is, diet drinks have less sugar than regular but they have more acid. So basically, diet is no better than regular. Hope I helped =]

i straighten it most days beacuse i dont want/like to wear it how it naturally curls. i think it looks bad. i have about shoulder length light brown hair.
my question is how do i get my hair to be wavy. like pretty waves. not super tight curls, but not straihgt. in between.

My hair is naturally straight so I like to wave my hair this way. Since you don't have straight hair like me, i would suggest to blow dry it straight first but put a little water so it's damp. After you have damp, straight hair make around 4-5 buns and spray spray-gel (I use Pantene Pro-V) on each bun. Wait for it to dry completely and undo the buns. You might have to seperate them because they'll stick together a little. I like this look and so do other people because they're pretty, beachy waves and they're very easy to do. Hope I helped!

All I can say is wash good with mild soap like Dove. I heard that wearing cotton underwear helps, too. You can use sprays but the can irritate you. Hope I helped! =)

You had very good advice, but unfortunately for dancing I need to keep my hair long- around the small of my back. I grew it a bit longer now, but it can't go shoulder length. If you look at Paris Hilton's bangs, would those be nice to cut for a round face?
Oh..Sorry I didn't know that you had to keep it long. But, yes, If you're talking about Paris Hilton's side swept bangs, it would look good for a round face. Keira Knightley has a round face and side swept bangs and it really works for her. Hope I helped! =)

I was thinking about getting bangs cut into my hair. It's extra long- it reaches my butt, and I have a round shaped face. I was wondering if getting bangs cut in would look good, or if they would just shrink my face more...Also, if I get bangs cut in, what kind? Don't get full, heavy bangs. It will just make your face look rounder. I have a round face and I used to have full, straight bangs. It did NOT look good at all. I also cut my hair above my chin and that was a huge mistake. You shouldn't get long bangs, either. Side swept bangs, baby bangs, wispy bangs, and angled bangs are all good for round faces. You should get long layers a little longer than shoulder. Another hairstyle I'm gonna try next is short layers at the crown and long layers at the end. Hope I helped! =)

If you don't want to tell him just make it obvious by flirting with him. Stare at him when he's looking at you so he knows you're staring. Smile at him, joke with him, act different around him. If it's too hard for you to tell him, maybe ask a friend to tell him for you.
