Ok well i am overweight i guess you could say. for the past couple days i have been doing crunches and pushups at nights, and i have been eating mostly liek low fat non-flavord yogurt and stuff like that. I am also in cheerleading and i have practices 2 times a week. i will soon be starting v-ball...how long do you think results will come to being skinnier??
shizkabobz09 answered Friday August 26 2005, 10:30 pm: it will probably take about a month to see real results.
you still should eat more though, try salads with chicken, or fruits. dont just stick with yogurts. but dont starve yourself! you need food to give you energy. and you need energy to get you going and doing your sports and crunches and stuff!
Good for you though ! im happy that youre trying to get in better shape. props for that!

Very overweight people will lose weight much more quickly than people who are only just a bit over what they should be. But it sounds like you are doing all the right things - just remember to not be hard on yourself if you don't notice a massive difference overnight. Don't get disheartened. Sometimes because you see yourself every day you convince yourself that nothing's changing. But when you see someone who you haven't seen for a while and they ask - "have you lost weight?" - you'll know there's been a change! Good luck! LiLhelper answered Friday August 26 2005, 1:50 am: I've been always thinkin I've been overeweight but sometimes, i feel just better when ppl tell me dat i'm really not then after they say that i look in the mirror and i know i'm not so I think you just need a kind word because every1 is pretty in a diff. way! Maybe if you take that deep look in the mirror you will find the real you, the really pretty you, but if you think that you are fat and you really wanna be skinnier, i think biking is the best way to loose weight easily, you dont have to stop eating but just eat less then you did b4! I hope i've helped you! [ LiLhelper's advice column | Ask LiLhelper A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Friday August 26 2005, 12:18 am: You should see a difference in as little as two weeks. It's a bit difficult to answer your question as I assume you'd like it to be answered. How long until you reach your GOAL weight? Who knows? That depends on how much you're looking to lose. Just stick to your healthy diet, and make shore to exercise plenty; I'd say 60 minutes a day would be appropriate. It might be frustrating and time consuming, but the results will definitely be worth it. =] [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
