hey! okay, i'm 15/f and i'm allowed to get my belly button pierced after our last cheerleading competition, which is around march 13. but, we are going to mexico for spring break on march 24, and i don't know if i should get it done before spring break or not. i want it when i'm laying on the beach and stuff but will the water in mexico and all the chlorine be bad for it? i don't know if i should get it done before or after mexico. any ideas? any info on belly button piercing would be great too! id(well not I but you get the idea) would get it done afterwards, just in case something goes wrong, like an infection. its alot easier to get help here than in mexico.

Why is it that when I ask a question that actually affects my life it doesn't make it on, but when someone ask why there cat is smelling it's ass is that normal? defenitely public school. there is of course the problem that most catholic schools arent coed. there is another inherent problem with private schools in general. they dont prepare you for the real world. you are in a large group of people most, if not all, will be of relatively simelar backgrounds and will share the same views. while its nice to find a clique like that in a public school you need to be in contact with a large variety of people. also, and im sorry to say this, but secular teachings in religious schools are often suspect. you can get what ever religious learning needs you have fullfilled at a sunday school or something like that, but public school is definitely a better option

I'm a 15 year old guy. I always thought of myself as smart and different from other guys. I've been dating this girl for like a year and a half, and sex was never a thought, but the other night it was. It just kind of happened. We both have tons of respect for each other so it wasn't like it was a "quick fix" and I was a virgin. But we did it, without a condom. It was more like experimenting I only did it for about three minutes, it wasn't a goal for either of us to get off, just see what it was like. But now I'm seriuosly scared. I know what pre-cum is, but I don't know if it happened. I know I didn't get off in her, but I don't for for sure wether a little pre-cum came out. Does anyone know the chances that we'll be okay, and she's not pregnant, even an idea or example where you know something that might help. you are, most likely, and forget the pun, screwed. first off, being a virgin and lasting for three minutes is pretty damn unlikely so that makes it even more likely that something, maybe even some actual cum, came out. the chances of her being pregnant are actualy relatively high, probably less than 50% but those are already bad odds. what you need to do, is take her to your local planned parenthood and get some emergency contraception which prevents pregnancy and is good for up to 5 days, but is most effective within three. this is of course assuming that pregnancy is not something you want.

i've recently come to terms with the fact that i'm bi. a few of my friends know, but some of my closest ones don't. i think i'm ready to tell them, but i have no idea how to bring it up or how much to tell them. also, the reason they don't know yet is because these are the friends whose reactions i'm having the hardest time predicting (they're girls, by the way). i know that they love me and that if they're as mature as they seem and they realize we're living in the 21st century they should be able to handle it, but i really don't want them to be uncomfortable around me. i really want to be open with them and comfortable with myself and not hide anything, but i'd almost rather not tell them than risk our relationship changing. this is probably the typical cliche question, but i'm mostly asking how to go about telling them and where to stop rambling (ie: ...and it doesn't mean i check out every girl i see and no i don't like you and yes sleepovers are safe and...). eesh this is getting kind of long...just one more thing: two of the friends have a class with me at school, and in that class is the girl i happen to have a crush on. so part of my question is also whether i should just tell them i'm bi, or tell them i have a crush on a girl (i know you can figure out #1 from #2, but i don't know if it's better to give them a general idea or what).

well a great man (i forget who) once said "Just be yourself, those who matter wont mind, and those who mind dont matter". assuming you dont live in some backwards state then your friends shouldnt mind, they might be initially shocked but it should settle. now if you want some assurance and to soften the blow, the best time to tell them would be while you have a boyfriend, but since you like a girl in your class then yes it is better to tell them that and then one of them will probably say "what are you bi/gay or something" and you can say yes. telling them you like a girl will be kind of a safety, because it is a conclusion some people jump to when they find out a friend is gay. generarly it is just a temporary thing. but like i said in the begening, if they dont accept you for who you are then they werent very good friends to begin with.

well if you do not know how can you expect a bunch of strangers to? i mean if you are fantasizing about doing girls then yes you are most likely bi. as for being freaked out by actualy seeing lesbians well that might be ingrained into your brain from the false stigmas out society puts on lesbian relationships. my advice would be to stick to guys for now and not seek out a relationship with a girl because you arent sure, but if a special girl comes along and sweeps you off your feet then go for it.

I am using adope photoshop7 to make an animated GIF for my myspace. Everything was going alright up until i saved it and tried to open it.
When i tried opening it, it said i had to download it to look at it! and the file name said this:
Filename.PSD ...
What is psd? how come when i saved it, it had said Gif? why did it change? grrr i need soo much help please (link)

.psd means you can open and edit it with photoshop and it will have all the layer information etc attached to it. somewhere in file menu there should be a save as gif option do that, and then find the gif file. did you upload the psd file? if you did thats probably why it was asking you to download it, because browser windows cant handle them.

My laptop doesn't "see" that my mp3 player is plugged in. I have the plug in the USB port bu it still doens't show up of let me take music from music match or anywhere and put it on my player. how can I change this? I really want to be able to use it! thanks! (link)

ok your problem can be in three places so ill give you a nice step by step.
1. check to make sure your usb port is working, plug, plug in something that you know works.
2. check to make sure the plug on the mp3 player is working, plug it into another computer (preferably a desktop) and see if it is recognized.
3. if both of those work then your problem is with the drivers. if you do not have the cd that came with the mp3 player then open up google.com and search for the model of the mp3 player and the word drivers. download the drivers (they should come with instructions) and that should do it.

We don't need religion. Hear me out. If Jesus were to come down from Hevan and say "I am the son of God" and showed us all of is water to wine stuff, scientist could test it and then Christianity would become a science and all other religions would be be proven wrong and therefore not be religions.

how could science test something that happened 2000 years ago? do you think there is a little bit of that wine left somewhere and we jsut have to find it? religions are based on faith by definition and are seperate from science.
there is no need for religion, but there is also no need for candy, and so many of us love to have candy. in truth i do think we would be moral without religion, for the most part, but religion does give people something to hold on to, hope for an after life, and that is something we cannot have without religion, so no matter which religion is correct, or even if any of them are, it gives people hope and that is important.

My best friend asked me out last Friday, and I said no [being the idiot that I am] because I thought he was joking [yeah, I know, it's stupid, but he's done it before]. I've liked him for atleast 4 years, and I just missed my chance, which makes me really sad. My other best friend asked him today at school if he was going to ask me back out. He said no, but he still like me.
So basically, he liked me, asked me out, I said no, and now he's not going to ask me out anytime soon. I feel like such an idiot! I've been gushing over him for FOUR years, and he said he`s not going to ask me out again [that meaning that he isn't going to go out with me now. I'd ask him out but he'd say no, most likely.]

why would he ask you out again? you said no, so he thinks you dont like him. why would he say no if you asked him out? he does like you, so you can just explain that you thought he was joking and you really do want to go out with him.
