Today, I went out with my yellow Hunter rain boots for the first time. When I got in the bus, this girl starred at me really weird and it made me uncomfortable, not that I care what other people think. Just wondering, but what is her problem? Also, in general, is yellow rain boots weird or too bright to wear? I always thought the classic rain boots used to be yellow.

I love Hunter wellies! They can jazz up an outfit or dress it down, depending what you wear with them.

Sorry if this ends up being long but i need help k so im 18 and i just started working at quiznos 2 weeks ago but the day i went into the interview i got the job but i told my boss that i would need some weekends off b/c i live away from home cause of school so i would want to go home every once in awhile on weekends to see my family he said that was fine and understood and told me he wanted me to start my training on thursday and i was suppose to work thursday-sunday but he ended up cancelling my sunday shift anyways i went home for the thanksgiving weekend (canadian) and came back expecting a call from my boss telling me to work this weekend but its friday night and my boss hasnt called me i dont understand should i call him or do i wait for him to call me im so confused ive never worked before and as a university student i just want a little extra money then what my parents give me so i really need this job besides i havent even gotten full training yet either what do i do!!!

My boyfriend is a gorgeous guy who is well mannered (yes sir no sir yes ma'am, no ma'am to all adults) He is athletic and really smart (straight A's in school)but for some reason he always wears his paper napkin tucked in the collar of his shirt when he eats and I don't think that is what most 16 year olds do when they eat. I have a job in my school, which is nice cuz i get to be on campus and not have to move around all the time. When I first started working there, my boss was super nice to me. But, lately she's developed an attitude in general. It's frustrating because it's in the library and this is all new to me. I have never worked in a library before. For not having any experience in this field, I have been doing pretty well. I've been working there already for two months and I have gotten the hang of things. She knows that I don't have experience and this is only a student job. But, I've just noticed she's had an attitude lately. Sidenote.

Today, I have an exam for my online class tonight. I REALLY needed to study. And I needed to catch up on work. About a week ago, I made an appointment for today to get my hair done. I'm getting it dyed. So, today I got up and my mom tells me... why don't you just call in sick today since you have so much work to do? And I thought it wasn't a bad idea. I do have an appointment tonight after all and I could use the time to get work done. Big deal... people call in all the time to just have a day off and go shopping. I'm calling in so I can get work done!

But... I just thought of something. What's it gonna look like when I come in tomorrow with my hair dyed?!?!?! She's going to notice something is different? LOL

Calling in sick would be the easy way out, but you shouldn't need to lie, hun.
You're a human being - sometimes, people have appointments and things to do around their jobs - and when you're honest about it, you can expect your boss to understand.
Why don't you just explain to her you have an exam and need the time to study, but will catch up on everything tomorrow - it's understandable you will want to revise. As for your hair, you're not asking for time off to get your hair dyed, you're doing that in your own personal time when you wouldn't be at work anyway - so if she pulls you up on it, explain this to her.
Honesty is the best policy. She might be being a bit hard to handle recently, but she's human as well and maybe she has a few things going on outside of work causing her to act like this.

If he genuinely loved you, he would be with YOU and only YOU. He wouldn't have someone else on the side.

Is it bad if I'm giving my boyfriend head and I can't make him "finish" because I get too tired?

It's not a case of not doing it good enough, everyone's different, so you're going to have to see what works for him specifically.

Have you actually asked him to tell you how he likes it? Ask him to communicate more, at the time you're doing it, so you know what works for him and what he prefers. Slow, fast, etc.

Go for it, you'll never know unless you try.

I've had 3 lip piercings in total. I only kept 1 in in the end though. I took one out soon after it was pierced which left me with no scarring.. but the other was in for a good 7ish months which has left me with a little dot. So if you go for it and think you made a bad decision, the sooner you take it out, the better it'll heal.
If you decide you want lip piercings, consider getting one done at a time. I say this, because some people react differently and get pretty swollen - whereas others don't. Also, it's strange to eat at first. So if you only get one side done first, you can eat on the other side while it heals. and then you can get the other piercing after yours has healed.. Which can take some lucky people anywhere between 2 weeks and the average healing time 4-8 weeks (like I said, everyone is different)

Now onto the ears.. Ear piercings (lobe) rarely get in the way. At night for the first few days while it's a bit tender, sleep on your back (if you get both ears pierced) and be extra careful when getting dressed so you don't forget and accidentally snag them. and if you have longer hair, be careful it's kept away while they heal.
Other parts of the ear (cartilage) are pretty much the same - they just take longer to heal and are more tender at first.

Just remember, go to a reputable piercer and he/she will explain it all to you anyway. So if you're still uncertain about what you should do, go for a little chat. :)

He is basically saying you two shouldn't be parents just yet, because you are not ready financially. You don't have enough money to be raising a child.

Is there a possibility you could be pregnant? If so, it's worth taking a test, as some people experience sore/tender boobs during pregnancy.
Could also just mean you're coming on, though. Tender boobs is a give away sign your period's about to start for many women.
Give it a few days and see if you come on - if you don't, get a pregnancy test to put your mind at ease.

I just got my braces off, and I have the retainer for my top and bottom teeth with wires. I've been wearing them when my orthodontist told me to, but tonight (3rd night) it feels different when I put it in. It kind of hurts one of my upper left teeth, and I'm terrified that I put it in wrong and that all my teeth will move! How can I be sure that I put it in right? Is it normal for my teeth to hurt a little when I put it in? I tried taking it out and putting it back in 5 times, but there's just no way for me to tell. Help!!

Yes, retainers hurt, especially when you just get them. I remember mine used to ache quite a bit.
To be honest, there's not really a wrong way to put them in. Did your orthodontist not put them in for you or show you/tell you what to expect?
If you think you're doing it wrong, just see your orthodontist again. Or if you think they're fitting your teeth wrong, make another appointment. I remember my retainer came loose once and needed a few tweeks.

Are you sure that's all you did? You were wearing layers of clothing and so was he. The only chance you'd be pregnant is if he had superman sperm that wriggled through clothing and found it's way into you. :P
On a serious note though, if you weren't wearing clothing, or a really thin layer and he pre cums/cums, there's always that small chance you could get pregnant if it enters your vagina. It only takes one to get you pregnant.
As for your period, worrying and stress can delay it..
