My suggestion to you is that you say no and go tell a teacher. What he is doing is sexual harassment and even at your ages it is illegal and has harsh consequences for the offender. You have every right to walk the halls of your school without being bullied or harassed in anyway.
You owe him no warning and you do not have to wait until he does this again. Seek out a trusted teacher and tell him/her what he has been asking you.
