advice
I want to start cheering, but I don't know where to start. I'm extremely flexible, but I can't do the splits. I can go pretty low, but not all the way.
So I need some help with learning how to get to that point, like excersizes?
Also, if anybody knows anything else I could do to try to make the squad, that would be greeaattlly appreciated!
Like what should I be able to do? Back flips?

This is what I did- i sat on a pile of pillows, with my legs spread apart. Every 15 minutes i would remove a pillow. It is important just to stretch before doing this. When I got to my last pillow, i was able to do a split. Once you are able, you should do at least 2 splits a day. You should be able to do cartwheels, roundoffs, front handspring, and a backhand spring if you can.!

i like my best friend, you know as more than a friend. hes a great guy and al kind of weird but thats what i like about him. hah. anyways i used to like him before but then he didnt like me back. and he made it seem like he did. i dont know why he did that, becuause he was gay at the time. maybe he was trying to prove to himself that he wasnt really gay. so he and i just stayed friends. another girl started liking him and i let everyone know that i didnt anymore. so after about a week the whole getting over him thing wasnt working so there i was again back liking him. but no one knew and no one would knoe. its been about a month of this. then recently he told me that since the beggining of this year hes been confused about whether or not he is gay, but has finally realized that he is strait. im glad he told me all of this becuause it explains why he didnt want a gf and why he only saw me as a friend before.
he has no idea i still like him but everyone else is starting to catch on. he spends way too much time around me, according to all our friends. some of them are starting to get annoyed and jealous. for example if im standing in a group with my 3 other friends he will grab my arm and pull me away. and they seem to get annoyed by it not because they like him (only one of them does) but beccause he only wants to spend the most time with me. he totally ignores jen, my oter best friend. they used to be friends but somehow they got into an argument and now they dont talk anymore. and i feel weird having to choose between them all the time.
some of my other friends, not the girls who are annoyed at me, say that he likes me based on how hes always around me. he does a lot of playful flirting but he did that before too and it turned out he never really liked me. i just thought he did. so i mean i guess he might like me. but how am i to know for sure? i dont know if i should tell him. a lot of people would be mad if they found out i did. evrything points to him liking me back but i have trouble trusting my intuitions. i have to hear it from him. how might i do that. any ideas would work. thank you sooo much. i really appreciate it. sorry this was so long.

Hey! Thanks for the question. I would just go up to him, and tell him again how you liked him before,and say that the feelings are back. If you be upfront to him, he will appreciate it much more because what if he likes you? He may be in the same position as you, and thinking that you dont like him. So I walked up to my teacher when she was talking with another teacher but I didn't say anything because they were still talking and I didn't wan tto speak until they were finished although i didn;t know how long that would be so they talked like for five minutes longer which didn't bother me but she was gonna walk away like i wasn't standing there was i wrong for not saying anything or walking up there to start with? I didn't speak until he had left
I dont think it is such a big deal. Maybe after they finished you could have said "excuse me, mr. so and so , i have a question.. or whatever". They may have thought it was awkward for you to be right there. Maybe next time you shouldnt wait there, maybe walk away and wait for them after. Oh well, it will not be remembered!
