I had the exact same problem/question you have the very first time i went to the gym, so dont worry i can relate! no, many people dont wipe down the machines they use after their workouts, so dont worry no one is going to look or think of you in a bad way. Personally i wipe down the machines because i dont want people to have to touch my sweat, just like i dont want to have to feel theirs.. but occasionally i forget so no biggie if you dont wipe it down. I dont think that it is a law to wipe down the equipment, its just their to help keep good hygene(sp?).. so dont freak out! And you dont have to act like a maid, and scrub a dub dub, just a quick wipe down with your towel will do just fine!!

Well hun, I understand you totally! Actually this same thing happened to me in middle school.My true advice for you is ditch them. If they dont like you for being you, then why consider them your friends? I know that it will be hard, but you migh want to try looking into other new people that have similar intrests as you, then maybe those people will accept you better. If you consider someone your friend, but they refuse to like you, then quit wasting your time on them, you will never know about the other people lurking behind the corner waiting for you to meet them and brighten their day.. sorry if that sounds kinda corny.. lol :)

I think that you should totaly go for it!
It would be just like you are talking them as friends.. i actually had the same issue too. I was bff with this guy, he was my next door neighbor, and then he moved away.. now we are in the same high school together, and were have become the bestest friends! At first it was kinda akward saying hi to him, but then i just kinda thought that we always have been friends, we never said that we wernt friends any more, so why would it be akward to start talking to him again!
I mean ya never know, if you become good friends again maybe the boy would ask you out.. but if you never tried to contact them, you would never get to know them!!
So trying to get to know them again couldnt hurt unless you were afraid of making some better friends out of them..(hope that made sence!):)

I really don't think that there is anyway to become skinny really fast.. but you should ask your mom if you could join a fitness center, and become phisically active, and start running, i know that running helped me cut a few puonds off.. Its not all that easy to loose a lot of pounds, you are gonna have to work for it, but i think you could do it. Then after you work hard, you'll love yourself and your body! Also try eating healthy, and cutting off candy and sodas...

but then there is the always hard way of just going up to him and asking him, hey do you want to go see a movie friday night?

Well my horse cost my family about $ 2,500.. But we knew the owner, so she discounted him for us.. but im imagining most other horses are around that area
boarding for us is $530
shoes are $40 a time, but it needs to be done every 4- 6 weeks..
my horse gets his anual yearly shots for $100..
but everything can increase in ammount if your horse gets sick..
It also costs a lot of time, and effort in keeping a horse..
